The Bayan Gaole mine is located in the Hujierte mining area of Wushenqi,Erdos,Inner Mongolia.Due to the geological conditions,the mining time is not long and the actual mining experience is lacking.The coal pillar protection roadway design according to the theory is designed.(The coal pillar width is 30m)In the process of mining,not only a large amount of waste of coal resources has appeared,but also the bottom drum,deformation,and even local impact pressure have occurred,in order to further increase the coal mining rate and expand economic benefits.To effectively avoid the occurrence of mine disasters,this paper studies the width of the coal pillars in the Bayan Gaole mine section.The research object of this paper is the 311102 working face and the 311202 working face of Bayan Gaole Mine.It mainly uses field research,stress monitoring,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and mining face rock pressure monitoring.It is an overview of engineering geology and coal physics.The mechanical parameters,the stress distribution law of the section coal pillar,and the optimum width of the section coal pillar are studied to determine the optimal size of the section coal pillar,and provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable coal pillar size of the roadway along the goaf.At the same time,this research is of great significance for improving coal recovery rate,avoiding mine disasters,rationally carrying out roadway support,and ensuring mine safety production.Firstly,the mine was investigated in the field and the physical and mechanical parameters of the coal were tested.The mining stress distribution law of the working face was studied by using the drill stress meter and the PASSAT microseismic system.According to the research results,if the small coal pillar is mined along the empty roadway,The roadway along the empty roadway is located at 4?10m.Combined with the previous test results of the loose ring of the roadway,the loose circle of the coal pillar is 3.6m after the secondary mining,and the coal pillar width is set to 6m.Secondly,the theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation method are used to study the reasonable retention width of the section coal pillar.Through theoretical calculation,the theoretical value of the plastic zone width of the coal pillar of Bayyangaole mine is 4.96m.If the width of the section coal pillar is set to 5m,the maximum stress can be avoided effectively to achieve the stability of the small coal pillar;the numerical simulation of FLAC3D shows that the width of the pillar of the Bayan Gale mine section is 5?8m is the best.Finally,through the industrial test,a 6m clean coal pillar is set between the 311202 returning wind tunnel and the 311201 working face goaf,and the roadway support type and support parameters for the roadway along the goaf are carried out.Etc.Designed.From the overall situation of the roadway after the completion of the 311202 return airway,the overall stability of the roadway is good,the deformation of the surrounding rock is within the allowable range,and the overall support design during the excavation process meets the requirements of the expected support effect.
