With the rapid development of information technology and its wide application in all walks of life,the development of enterprises and society requires the development of computer information systems in the direction of integration.The increasingly complex and increasingly large-scale system integration projects require scientific and systematic project management methods to ensure the successful implementation of the project.Up until now,although there are many companies operating system integration services in the market,the research on system integration project management is still in its infancy.In the information system integration project,the problems such as the cost over budget and schedule delay seriously led to a low level of project management in the industry.This article takes a system integration project in a steel enterprise H as an example to study the project construction of the project management theory in the system integration field.It analyzes the theories,methods and improvement measures of the system integration project schedule management.We formulate the project schedule management optimization plan to ensure the implementation of the project progress,and to ensure the realization of the cost and benefits of the project.This article combine the project management theory with the information system infrastructure integration theory,and adopts methods such as work breakdown structure,Gantt chart,network diagram,and key path,through the definition and identification of project activities.The activity sorting,activity time estimation and other processes,prepared a detailed and complete schedule,and then we use the network optimization method to optimize the time,compress the project duration,and finally use the key chain method to eliminate the planned safety time and set the time buffer,which guaranteed the overall project progress.In the project progress management process,the use of earned value analysis method,through the analysis of the relationship between the project schedule and the expense plan,and the cost plan deviation,tracking and monitoring the actual progress of the project,the development of improvement measures and correcting deviations to ensure the completion of the project on time.In the process control,the PDCA-based flexible management strategy is adopted.On the one hand,clear the project staff and Party A's work distribution,ensure the relevant responsible persons of the project work.On the orther hand,increase the enthusiasm and initiative of the project team members,strengthen the communication between members and the related parties,which reduce the work communication ambiguity risk,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule.The first chapter of this article is the introduction.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter to the fifth chapter explain the project background,schedule formulation,schedule optimization and control methods and processes.
