Phosphorous organic light emitting diode(Ph OLED),as the main display material of the next generation,was an important mainstay for organic light emitting field.Compared with traditional luminescent materials,it has many advantages,such as self-luminous,fast response,adjustable luminescence,and so on.Different from fluorescent materials,phosphorescence material can obtain both triplet and singlet exciton under the strong spin orbital coupling of heavy metal atoms(Ir,Rh,Pt),and the theoretical quantum efficiency can reach 100%.In these phosphorescent materials,iridium complexes have stable octahedral configuration,simple synthesis,variable molecular structure and adjustable photophysical properties.They are one of the most successful organic luminescent materials.Carbazole,as hole-transport material,was a potential phosphorescence material because of its easy functionalization and high thermal stability.As electron injection and electron transport materials,1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives have high photoluminescence quantum yield and good thermochemical stability,which make them widely used in phosphorescence materials.Their applications in ring metal iridium complexes can effectively improve the photoelectric properties of complexes.This paper reports a series of small molecular iridium complexes based on carbazole-oxadiazole.The structure,photophysical properties and electroluminescence properties are studied and applied in the field of electroluminescence.(1)Firstly,the long alkyl chain was introduced at position 9 of carbazole to increase the solubility of the complex.Introduce cyano into carbazole 2 through Suzuki reaction,and then react with azide to produce tetrazolium.Different main ligands were synthesized with acyl chloride derivatives,and then a series of iridium complexes were synthesized.The introduction of fluorine atoms on the ligand can adjust the luminescence of the material.Determination of its structure by X-ray single crystal diffraction,photophysical and photochemical properties of the material are tested,fabrication of devices by spin coating.(2)Based on carbazole-trimethyloxadiazole ligand,three iridium complexes were synthesized by introducing electron group,diphenylcarbazole and diphenylcarbazole at the 7 position of carbazole.The photoelectric performance was tested and the device was fabricated by spin coating.(3)Two kinds of iridium complexes were synthesized based on carbazole-naphthalene phenyloxadiazole as main ligands,pyridinecarboxylic acid and acetylacetone as auxiliary ligands.The photoelectric properties of the complexes were tested and the effects of different auxiliary ligands on the photoluminescence of the compounds were studied.High performance devices are fabricated by rotating coating.
