At present,slope instability(landslide)is a common geological disaster.The geological structure of the mountain itself is complex,and the internal structure is damaged,so it is easy to form slope instability.The occurrence of this kind of geological disaster can be reduced to a certain extent by engineering means,but it cannot be eliminated fundamentally.In view of this,it is necessary to minimize the losses caused by disasters through various technical means,including security measures based on prediction and emergency measures based on prediction.In most cases,the prediction must be based on the observation or monitoring results.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the monitoring of slope stability.Slope displacement is still the basic physical quantity of slope monitoring,and slope displacement can accurately determine the change trend of slope stability.Traditional monitoring methods include: regular manual test by total station,numerical image method by using stake position change,satellite positioning test stake relative position change,etc.the above methods have the disadvantages of low accuracy,easy to be affected by weather environment,poor dynamic and high cost,which are not conducive to large-scale promotion and use.The traditional slope deformation monitoring method has the disadvantages of limited monitoring range,insufficient accuracy,lack of automation and so on.In this paper,a kind of slope geological disaster monitoring technology based on displacement observation of slope surface is proposed by using MEMS acceleration sensor.It is mainly used for dynamic monitoring and analysis of deformation tracking at a given point on the slope.The three acceleration components sensed by MEMS acceleration sensor are always kept in the fixed axis direction by using the gyroscope and the lateral clamping effect of the slope,so that the displacement change can be obtained through integral operation,supplemented by the slope internal information such as inclination angle,soil moisture,temperature and so on.Through ZigBee wireless sensor network technology,the information of each collection terminal is transmitted to the monitoring center of the upper computer through GPRS,and the monitoring data is displayed and stored.In addition,the function of historical data query and export is also set up,and the Verhulst landslide model is established based on the collected slope related information to make a more comprehensive analysis and prediction of slope stability.At the same time,the early warning threshold function is also designed on the upper computer monitoring platform.When the real-time collected related information exceeds the threshold value,the early warning threshold function is used,It can be transmitted to the management personnel in the form of SMS through the reserved mobile phone,so that the management personnel can know the possible disaster at the first time,and avoid the occurrence and expansion of the disaster again.This design describes the overall evolution mechanism and process of slope instability in detail,and establishes the Verhulst landslide model,the overall design scheme,including the selection of MEMS sensor module,ZigBee communication module,GPRS module and each terminal acquisition module,and the circuit design.The software design part includes ZigBee network node software design and upper computer monitoring software design.Finally,through the transmission test of packet loss rate and signal strength(RSSI)in ZigBee network,as well as the real-time data accuracy test of each acquisition terminal,it can be displayed accurately,completely and in real time on the upper computer,which can not only meet the needs of long-term evolution analysis of slope displacement,but also obtain its dynamic behavior information,which is suitable for monitoring and early warning of slope stability,It has strong practical significance.
