There are abundant species and wide distribution of Orthotrichaceae in Guizhou, and their habitats are mainly epiphytes. At present, the research on Orthotrichaceae in Guizhou is mainly based on classical taxonomy and ecological distribution characteristics, but the relationship between the diversity of peristome structure and release of spores is still unclear. Therefore, this article uses the Guizhou Orthotrichaceae plants as research materials, combined with field survey methods and indoor analysis,to discuss two main issues:(1)The distribution characteristics of Orthotrichaceae plants under the background of Guizhou karst landforms;(2)Utilization of two dominant genera of Ulota and Lewinskya were used to study the relationship between peristome structure and hygroscopic movement. The shows that:(1)The study found that there are 4 genera and 10 species of Guizhou Lewinskya: 1 species of Orthotrichum,1 species of Ulota,1species of Zygodon and 7 species of Lewinskya(Lewinskya speciosa(Nees)F.lara,Garilleti & Goffinet.,Lewinskya striata(Hedw.)F.Lara,Garilleti & Goffinet.2 new record species),Among them,Lewinskya accounted for 44% of the total recorded in my country. It shows that Guizhou is one of the geographical distribution centers of the genus Lewinskya.(2)Two genera and three representative mosses in Orthotrichaceae,Lewinskya sordida and Lewskya hookeri in genus Lewinskya,Ulota crispa in genus Ulota.Three kinds of peristome found that: The morphology and structure of peristome tip beak, the shape of basal warts on the abdomen, the shape of differentiated spore groove and the distribution of warts, the shape of inner peristome and the distribution of warts are different, and the above characteristics are stable, which can be used as the basis for identification and classification.Stomata is one of the important taxonomic bases of Orthotrichum,The back of the stomata is composed of hammer-shaped protrusions, and the ventral surface is composed of a pair of guard cells.(3)The three species of peristome are affected by environmental humidity, with RH of 63% to 42%,the peristome is open.RH rises to87.3% to 97.3%,and the peristome is closed.Hygroscopic movement of peristome has distinct stages and periodicity.A movement cycle is divided into three stages: opening stage, spore throwing stage, and closing stage. With the movement of water and moisture, the two species' peristome also showed different movement patterns. The rotation path was found in Ulota but no rotation path was found in Lewinskya.Sporulation movement occurred in both movement paths. The distribution of the Otrichaceae plants in Guizhou and the effect of peristome movement of the genus Lewinskya and Ulota on their spore release. It provides important scientific data and information for the protection of moss diversity and species reproduction in Guizhou Karst Plateau. It provides a reference for the study of moss reproduction ecology and plant module function in karst environment.
