After the occurrence of destructive earthquake,the rapid and accurate assessment of the impact of earthquake activities on the disaster area is an important basis for emergency rescue work and subsequent post disaster reconstruction work.Seismic intensity is a comprehensive index to measure the influence of seismic activities on the ground.It is the core link of earthquake emergency work to evaluate the seismic intensity and its spatial distribution quickly and make the seismic intensity map after the earthquake.The traditional method of intensity determination usually requires professionals to investigate the earthquake disaster area on the spot,and then determine the seismic intensity comprehensively according to the criteria of "China seismic intensity table",which often requires a lot of human,financial and material resources,and the efficiency is low,so it is difficult to meet the timeliness requirements of earthquake emergency work.With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,Internet technology,remote sensing technology,computer technology and other related technologies,it is possible to quickly obtain a large number of disaster information in earthquake stricken areas through the platforms of ground,UAV,satellite and so on.In this paper,multi-source disaster information fusion,seismic intensity determination and other related issues are discussed,and the development of multi-source disaster information fusion subsystem and seismic intensity determination based on multi-source disaster information fusion is studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the content and expression of all kinds of disaster information obtained from ground disaster investigation and the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of all kinds of disaster information,a model of earthquake intensity judgment based on multi-source disaster information fusion of foundation is proposed.The model effectively integrates the multi-source disaster information by using the interval evidence theory considering the similarity between evidences,thus realizing the earthquake intensity judgment Quantitative and automatic.Taking the "Sichuan Lushan earthquake with m S7.0 in2013" as an example,the experimental study is carried out,and the results are compared with the seismic intensity map published by China Seismological Bureau.The accuracy is over70%,which verifies the reliability of the model.(2)In the aspect of using remote sensing technology to determine the seismic intensity,the common method at present is to establish the conversion relationship between the remote sensing seismic damage index and the equivalent ground seismic damage index,and then determine the final intensity according to the corresponding relationship between the equivalent ground seismic damage index and the seismic intensity.Using this met3 hod to establish the remote sensing seismic damage index and the equivalent ground seismic damage index ignores the spatial self phase between the data The classical linear regression model is adopted.Based on the analysis of the spatial autocorrelation characteristics of the remote sensing seismic damage index,this paper establishes a spatial regression model,which can be used to directly convert the remote sensing seismic damage index into the seismic intensity.Finally,taking the "2013 Lushan earthquake with magnitude of 7.0 in Sichuan Province" as an example,an experimental study is carried out and compared with the results of the linear regression model.The accuracy and stability of the spatial regression model are better than that of the linear regression model Regression model.(3)Based on the MATLAB platform,the algorithm module of multi-source disaster information fusion is designed and developed.The module includes data preprocessing,data fusion and other functions.It is integrated with the modules of rapid initial evaluation of intensity,dynamic correction of intensity map,display of intensity map and so on,forming a rapid mapping system of seismic intensity map.The system can realize the collection,processing and seismic disaster information Intensity mapping and other functions.
