The identification and division of land and space function and the adjustment and optimization of land spatial pattern on this basis is very important to the sustainable development and coordinated development of regional economy and society.The research focus on land and space planning was to carry out land evaluation and zoning based on the principles of sustainability,coordination and dominance.Taking the upstream basin of Daqing as the research object,the paper introduced the spatial adjacency factor and guarantees the county integrity to carry out the function evaluation and zoning research of the area.Based on the research results of the “Production-living-ecological” spatial theory,the spatial logic feature analysis of "spatial feature function recognition pattern optimization" is followed.The spatial heterogeneity and correlation between the spatial feature identification pattern optimization distribution of the land " Production-living-ecological " spaces in the whole research area were analyzed.In this paper,k-medoids spatial clustering model is introduced,and 12 ecological indicators are selected to carry out the ecological spatial clustering based on 1km * 1km grid in the upper reaches of Daqing,and four clusters are determined in the basin.The ecological spatial characteristics of each cluster were extracted according to the cluster center,and its ecological leading function was identified,and the county administrative region was guaranteed to be complete.The ecological index of county was assigned.Then,the paper introduces the production space and living space index in county scale to identify the features of the function level of production and life.Finally,through the spectral clustering model,the functional zoning system of county scale was obtained,and the function index of "“Production-living-ecological”" is obtained.Based on the "Production-living-ecological" function space autocorrelation index,the coordinated development of the function of "Production-living-ecological" in land space is determined.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)the spatial production and living function index of the northwest land is low,and the ecological function index is high;The indicators of production and ecological function are higher in the central region,and the indicators of living function are lower;The indicators of life production and living function are high in Southeast China,and the ecological function index is low.(2)Based on the spatial dominance of each area,the upper reaches of Daqing are divided into seven functional areas,namely,forest ecological animal husbandry production reserve I in the northeast of the upper reaches of Daqing,and water source ecological protection zone II of the central and Western reservoirs in the upper reaches of Daqing.(3)The combination of k-medoids clustering model and spectral clustering model can solve the problem that traditional regionalization is difficult to guarantee the spatial adjacency and integrity,and can provide the basis for the optimization of land and space pattern and policy making in the research area.
