The Dashui Manganese Mine and its peripheral areas are located on the northern edge of the Beishan Rift,between the Middle Tianshan Mountain Block,the Tarim Basin,and the Dunhuang Block.The Stratum from Quaternary to the Precambrian are exposed in the region,and the structural layout is relatively complicated,The Hongliuhe large fault and derived secondary faults have obvious control over the deposits(points)along the line,and magmatic rocks are generally developed.This is a potential area for studying sedimentary and weathered manganese deposits.Most of the manganese deposits that have been developed in this area have entered the middle and late stages of their mining stage.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study on the metallogenic regularity and prediction of the manganese ore belt in this area.This study takes the Dashui manganese mine and its peripheral areas as the main research objects,on the basis of systematically carrying out basic geological investigations and research on metallogenic geological conditions,combining the regional geological background and the current research status at home and abroad,using the comprehensive prospecting methods of basic geology,geophysics,and geochemistry.By analyzing the ore-controlling factors and metallogenic regularity of the Dashui manganese ore in the study area,it aims to clarify the prospecting signs and construct a comprehensive prospecting model to provide a scientific basis for future geological mineral exploration and evaluation in the area.Mainly achieved the following results:(1)The genetic type of the Dashui manganese deposit is a marine sedimentary manganese deposit modified by secondary oxidation.The paleogeographic background of the ore-forming rock facies is a relatively stable shallow sea sedimentary environment,and the metallogenic era is the Lower Cambrian.The main ore-controlling stratum in the study area is the Cambrian Lower Shuangyingshan Formation(?1s),and the ore-bearing lithology is limestone and siliceous rock;meanwhile,the manganese ore is controlled by Hongliuhe fault and secondary faults.The whole area is spatially distributed from east to west.(2)According to the statistical results of 1:50,000 geochemical data in the study area,the concentration factor K value and the variation coefficient Cv value,the Cambrian Lower Shuangyingshan Formation stratum is the most favorable stratum for manganese deposits,followed by Silurian Stratigraphy of the Heijianshan Formation in the Lower System,and the Hongliuhe Formation in the Lower Permian System;Through the correlation coefficient r value,it can be found that Mn is highly correlated with the five elements of Zn,Co,V,P,and Cu,that is,the elemental anomaly combination is Mn-ZnCo-VP-Cu,and 15 geochemical composite anomalies are delineated by this,of which 10 are Class A anomalies and 5 are Class B anomalies.(3)The direct prospecting criteria is the outcropping black powder;the stratum criteria is the thin marble of the Shuangyingshan Formation;Tectonic indications are the Shuangyingshan Formation stratum of the Dashui anticlinorium,Karst caves and structural fractures in the mining area;indirect prospecting indications are silicification,carbonation,chlorite and other wall-rock alteration and geochemical anomaly.(4)In this study,through synthetic research on fundamental geology,construction features,typical deposits in the area,combined with geochemical prospecting information,the direct and indirect prospecting indications in this area are determined.It aims to establish a synthesis prospecting model of the Dashui manganese mine and its peripheral areas,using this as a template to delineate prospecting prospects within the study area.It is divided into three levels,including 5 prospecting areas of level I,2prospecting areas of level II,and 3 prospecting areas of level ?.
