Hypersonic aircraft plays an important strategic role in international politics,military affairs,science and technology,because it has fast flying speed,long cruising distance and other characteristics.In hypersonic flight,the waverider shows a good performance of "wave riding".It has the aerodynamic characteristics of low drag,high lift and high L/D ratio.Because of the excellent aerodynamic performance,the waverider is often used as the candidate shape of spaceflight vehicles and high-speed long-range cruise missiles in the field of modern spaceflight.This paper introduces the characteristics of several waveriders and the principles of generating.By calculating the taylor-maccoll equation of the conical flow field,the shock Angle of the flow field is obtained.The free incoming flow is selected as the upper surface of the waverider and the leading edge curve is obtained by intersecting with the shock surface of the flow field.The lower surface of the waverider is obtained by the streamline tracing method,and finally the waverider model is obtained.In this paper,the turbulence model,the discretization method and the boundary conditions in numerical simulation are summarized and analyzed.To verify the applicability of the numerical method to hypersonic flow,a simple two-dimensional hypersonic flow example is introduced.The three-dimensional flow field of the model is simulated and its aerodynamic performance at high speed and subsonic and transonic is analyzed.According to the numerical simulation results,at the design condition,the attached shock wave is generated at the front edge of the waverider,and the flow field is evenly distributed on the lower surface.In hypersonic flight,the L/D ratio increases with the increase of Mach number,and it can maintain well aerodynamic performance at different Mach Numbers.At the Angle of attack,the aerodynamic performance of the waverider is better than that of the design condition,and the L/D ratio increases with the increase of the Angle of attack,satisfying the cruise requirements of the waverider.At subsonic and transonic,the waverider does not generate shock waves,and the lift is mainly provided by the vortex structure generated on the upper surface.At a certain flight Angle of attack,a certain amount of additional lift can be generated,and the aerodynamic performance is improved.The waverider has certain horizontal take-off and landing performance.
