Research On Inbound Logistics Optimization Of Company A

The function of modern logistics has been involved in every aspect of enterprise operation.Logistics management is the basis of enterprise decision-making,an important means to reduce and control logistics costs,and the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the expansion and strengthening of enterprises,how to manage the logistics of enterprises becomes more and more important.Since the 21 st century,process management has become more and more critical for enterprises.Excellent process has become a watershed between successful enterprises and other competitors.Faced with the ever-changing and increasingly fierce market environment and challenges,enterprises must thoroughly analyze the existing business processes,find out the problems in the existing business processes,optimize or reengineer them,and establish a competitive business process system,so as to enable enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the ever-increasing market competitiveness and remain invincible.This paper takes the business process of Logistics Department of enterprise A as the research object,and the main contents of the research are as follows.Firstly,the basic situation of an enterprise and the business process of its logistics department are described.It is found that a variety of inventory and warehouse management problems also emerge,such as unreasonable space layout,relatively low utilization rate of inventory,insufficient smooth operation process,low efficiency of operators,and logistics management system cannot meet warehousing needs,and so on.The business flow chart method is used to draw the current business flow chart of Logistics Department of enterprise A.Combined with my work experience of third party logistics and various practical cases,the hardware of warehouse,the actual operation of each link,the operating system and other aspects are further analyzed comprehensively,and the problems in inventory and warehouse management are found.Applying the theory of inventory management and warehouse management,the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on the layout of warehouse,the operation flow of warehouse and the optimization of warehouse operating system.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,the overall layout of warehouse becomes more reasonable,the operation efficiency has been greatly improved,and the operation cost of the whole link has been reduced.
