Research On The Evaluation And Control Of Entrepreneurial Risk Of Shaanxi Belmante Company

Under the background of the national policy to strongly encourage mass entrepreneurship,there is a stirring of interest in innovation and entrepreneurship in all industries across the country.Innovation and entrepreneurship can not only bring considerable economic benefits and promising prospects to enterprises,but also promote employment and solve a series of social problems.However,in the process of establishing new enterprises,they are generally faced with large market risks,financial risks,technical risks,macro political and economic risks,legal risks,etc.,which will lead to the failure of enterprise establishment if any carelessness.Firstly,the typical case study method and Delphi method were used to identify the entrepreneurial risks of Belmant company in Shaanxi.Altogether eight major categories of risk factors and 25 minor categories of risk factors were identified,and the causes of each risk factor were analyzed.Then,expert investigation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to evaluate occurrence probability for each specific risk and the influence in the entrepreneurial stage for Belmant company in Shaanxi.the evaluation results show that the uncertainty for the production link,raising funds for start an undertaking,identification for the entrepreneurial opportunities,turnover of capital in the early stage are risk factors with highest probability of occurrence.The coherence for Social policy,The implementation and modification for laws and regulations,macroeconomic factors are risk factors with higher occurrence probability.Risk factors such as industrial policy,new technology and new products,social intermediary service agencies,technology uncertainty,technology development and product development are less likely to occur.The highest risk factors identified include the risk of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities and financial risks and the higher risk factors include technical risks,which need to be paid attention to in the process of risk management.The analysis results show that the financial risk and the market technology risk are highest risks for the company.Social risk belongs to the higher risk.These two kinds of risks must be paid enough attention in the entrepreneurial process.Production risk belongs to generalrisk.As the whole country encourage innovation,the macro political,economic and legal risks are all low-grade risks.Management risks and personnel risks are faced by all enterprises.As a new enterprise,At the start-up stage,the management risks and the personnel risks for Belmant company in Shaanxi are slightly higher than other companies.Therefore,the financial risk,technical risk and social risk should be regarded as the focus of risk management in the start-up stage.Finally,according to the different types and characteristics of the venture risks for Belmant company in Shaanxi,this paper puts forward the risk response strategies from the perspectives of risk management,risk management methods and individual specific risks.In order to strengthen the management of the entrepreneurial risk,the company must control the risk of entrepreneurial opportunities,establish and improve the early warning system of financial risk and strengthen the control of financial risk from the perspective of individual risk.based on the enterprise level and the government level to strengthen the control of technology risk,by improving the quality of management and establishing a mechanism for the talent introduction and training to strengthen the control of risk management,The writer fully understand the change trend of the policy and establish the response mechanism of market environment risk to prevent and control the risks of market environment.
