With the continuous development of economy,China is gradually transferred from the mid-to-late stage of industrialization to the late stage.As an important production line service industry,the logistics industry is undergoing an important transformation to service-oriented manufacturing.Consumption upgrades also have higher requirements for the refinement,responsiveness and integration level of logistics services,that is,as people's demand for products is more personalized,small batches and multi-variety production models are more and more favored by production enterprises.The flow production line with high efficiency and flexibility will definitely become the first choice for production enterprises.Therefore,the research of the upgrading and design innovation of production line has become a new hot spot in the current manufacturing industry.In recent years,U-shaped assembly line has become a new favorite of flow production and processing layout due to its advantages such as small space,convenient worker position,less material handling and other management.It can not only effectively reduce the operation time of workers,improve the utilization rate of workers' time,but also greatly increase the flexibility of task assignment.There are various factors such as equipment on the assembly line,workers and the environment that will affect the stability of the assembly time,which will further affect the stability of the balance optimization program.In order to more realistically simulate the assembly line system,this paper considers the energy saving of assembly line and applies fuzzy mathematics theory to simulate assembly line task time.It is of practical significance to study fuzzy U-shaped assembly line balancing and energy saving problem.This paper collects a lot of literature from four aspects of fuzzy theory,U-shaped assembly line balancing,E-typed problem and energy saving,and combs the research status and hotspots domestic and abroad.The basic concepts of assembly line,fuzzy theory and the related theories of E-typed and energy saving assembly line balancing are summarized.Apply fuzzy theory to stimulate the task times in the production process firstly,and establish a mathematical model of fuzzy U-shaped E-typed assembly line balancing and energy saving problem with the goal of minimize the product of the number of workstation and fuzzy cycle time.Meanwhile,a new two-stage branch and bound method based on classic branch and bound method is proposed.Combined with the actual car model assembly examples in the laboratory,the fuzzy time of different fuzzy degrees is obtained through different ?-cut sets of fuzzy time,and the U-shaped and E-typed assembly line balancing and energy saving model is solved to obtain the optimal balancing scheme.Analyze and evaluate assembly line balancing effect indices.The smaller the ? is,the more fuzzy the time is(uncertainty),the worse the balance effect index of assembly line is,but it has little influence on the balancing result(objective function),which shows that it is reasonable for fuzzy theory to solve U-shaped and E-typed assembly line balancing and energy saving problems.If the accuracy of the fuzzy task time is high enough,the improved branch and bound method can obtain the optimal exact solution,indicating that the algorithm is effective.This study provides a useful reference for the research of fuzzy assembly line balancing and energy saving problem.
