With the deepening of the reform and opening up,it has been a rapid growth of foreign trade in A province.However,in recent years,trade frictions between countries are frequent,and the pressure of rising business costs keeps increasing,which brings great challenges to the development of foreign trade of A province.Under this situation,the international trade "single window" as an effective trade facilitation measure,has become one of the important ways to promote the development of international trade in A province.The international trade "single window" of A province provides comprehensive services such as import and export clearance,finance and insurance for the enterprises related to international trade.Since its establishment,the platform has effectively improved the clearance efficiency of enterprises and reduced the clearance cost.In order to promoting the better service quality of the international trade "single window" of A province,it is particularly important and urgent to find the current situation and problems of service through adopting and applying scientific and reasonable evaluation methods,in order to forming a professional and accurate long-term service system.At the same time,the service quality evaluation from the perspective of user demand has become the key to improving service level of the international trade "single window" in A province and promoting the long-term development of the company.This study with A provincial international trade "single window" service quality as the research object,based on the service quality management,satisfaction and other related theories and literature,using service quality evaluation model,combined with international trade "single window" electronic service characteristics,build service quality evaluation system of A provincial international trade "single window",through analyzing the applicability of the evaluation system and carry out questionnaire survey,it is concluded that service quality problems and the paper proposed the improvement measure and promotion strategies of service quality of the international trade "single window" of A province.Firstly,this paper constructed a service quality evaluation index system of the international trade "single window" of A province in five dimensions,namely tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy,and designed a questionnaire of 22 index items accordingly.Secondly,based on the questionnaire data descriptive applicability,reliability and validity of the data analysis,and using factor analysis method to carry on the index weight empowerment,then through the service gap analysis and IPA analysis to evaluate the overall service quality and the service level of each dimension of the international trade "single window" of A province,the study try to find out the restricting factors of service quality improvement.Finally,put forward the rationalization countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality of the international trade "single window" of A province.The study has a strong practical significance in optimizing and improving the service system of the international trade of "single window" of A province,improving user satisfaction and accelerating the construction of high-quality service enterprises.
