In the Internet era,all things are superimposed,subverted and interconnected,and transformed into combinational logic at a high speed.All things also integrate the elements of pluralistic era such as Internet +,sharing economy,makers and cross-border thinking.All of these create a new perspective of integration and fission era in a more free and intense way.The core implantation of multiple focal points in the era of great change forces the traditional human resource management to carry out comprehensive transformation to complete the integration of individual and organizational values.In addition,the Internet boom has fueled the dreams of countless entrepreneurial talents.Through their own unique resources and quality,entrepreneurial talents are embracing the Internet in a deep transformation with the thinking of makers,and trying to break the traditional employment into a new type of partner for enterprises.And,the enterprise takes on the role of resource platform as talent incubator and central linker,and promotes HRBP to break through the traditional employment mode and take root in the enterprise with the role of new business partner,so as to further activate the new management mode of human resource business partner.Therefore,how to clarify the role positioning of HRBP and deeply explore HRBP's circular value creation and how to build a suitable HRBP management model for enterprise development has gradually become an important topic of current human resource management.This paper takes BM company as the background,and analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise by combining the characteristics of The Times and the current situation of HRBP management mode construction.On the basis of breaking the traditional pattern of human resources,it constructs the triangular balance relationship of the new HRBP management mode and reconstructs the new three-pillar pattern in the enterprise.At the same time,the paper uses statistical analysis method to re-position the role of HRBP and stratification of multiple roles on the basis of comprehensive interview and questionnaire,so as to propose promotion strategies suitable for the development of HRBP management mode of BM company and meet the practical application of management and circular value creation of BM company.The purpose is to promote HRBP to realize cycleempowerment and value creation through cycle fission in the innovation and transformation in the era of great change,so as to add empirical experience that can be used for reference for the sustainable development of enterprises,and make a modest contribution to fully release HRBP management value.
