Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Leisure Agriculture In Sujiatun District

“Leisure agriculture” is the integration of existing agricultural resources in rural areas.It uses its unique pastoral management methods to provide urban consumers with experiential agricultural leisure activities such as viewing,picking,fishing,amusement,catering,etc.,integrating the ecological functions and economic functions of agriculture.As well as the integration of social functions,in recent years,with the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the cognitive status of leisure agriculture in consumers is also climbing,and the rapid development of the industry is also facing new challenges.As a large agricultural area in the south of Shenyang City,Sujiatun District has superior geographical advantages and rich resource advantages.Based on the existing natural landscape and stable source market,the development of leisure agriculture in Sujiatun District in recent years.From the beginning,I gradually got on the right track.This paper takes Sujiatun District as an analysis sample and conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the development status of leisure agriculture in Sujiatun District.In this paper,Maer Mountain Scenic Area,Shenyang Water Cave Scenic Area,and Yangcheng Village Scenic Area were selected as survey sites and conducted a questionnaire survey on 300 consumers.The survey content includes the basic situation of consumers,consumption characteristics and satisfaction.In the part of the satisfaction,six modules of transportation,infrastructure,catering and prices,activities,landscape,management,and service were set up,including 17 evaluation factors.The ranking results were used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of leisure agriculture in the Sujiatun District.The survey results show that inadequate infrastructure,insufficient publicity,inadequate management and services,and lack of characteristic connotations are the key factors restricting the development of leisure agriculture in Sujiatun District.From the perspective of combining theory with practice,the author puts forward reasonable recommendations by understanding the domestic and foreign research progress,combining the actual situation of leisure agriculture development in Sujiatun area,and referring to the results of field surveys and statistics: First,increasing the publicity and enriching publicity means;The second is to improve the construction of infrastructure and public service systems;The third is to strengthen the training of employees and improve the level of service management;The fourth is to highlight regional characteristics and enrich cultural connotations.
