At present,Chinese economic development has entered a new stage,in the new stage,Chinese economic development will inevitably solve new problems.Now China is in the time of making the national economy more developed and various systems more perfect.According to the clear blueprint described in the report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in 2020,the development of rural areas,agriculture and farmers are very essential.China is a big agricultural country,but not a strong one.In the proportion of population,the rural people take a essential part.Therefore,whether the majority of rural people are rich,whether agriculture and agricultural related industries are strong,and whether the countryside is ecologically livable become the new three rural issues in the new era of China's economic development.In 2015,No.1 Central document did put forward for the first time "to promote the convergence of three industries in rural areas of China",and pointed out that it is important to promote the convergence of rural industries,it also extend the agricultural industry chain and increase the added value of Chinese agricultural industry.The document also pointed out that to develop characteristic industries vigorously which should according to local conditions.Therefore,China's agricultural development has a new goal,and there are also specific means to improve the income of rural people.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China also put forward a new concept of "convergence of cultivation and breeding and process,convergence of primary,secondary and tertiary industries".Therefore,under the relevant background,this paper chooses the typical Jilin Shenwei ginseng product technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Based on the research of industrial chain theory,industrial convergence theory,industrial agglomeration theory and other related theories.First,this paper summarizes the overall situation of the convergence development of Shenwei company.Second,this paper analyzes this company's rules and policies.Third,this paper analyzes the high light points of the company's rural industries convergence development.According to the result of the investigation and survey,this paper describes the company's developing method as “rural industrial chain extension and function development”.Throughout the methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis to assume the input-output efficiency of Shenwei company and the result shows the problems of Shenwei company.First,the convergence development of Shenwei company is notthrough.Second,the industrial function development is not large.Third,the cooperation between Shenwei and other companies is not deep.According to the related literatures and documents and the study of Shenwei company,the company should fix up the industry chains and making deep cooperation with other companies,meanwhile,to enhance the human resources and product promotion.Those suggestions will make Shenwei company's rural industrial convergence development better.
