Evaluation Study Of GST's Supply Chain Management Performance Based On Platform Strategy

Supply chain management,as a management concept valued by enterprises in the context of economic globalization,has its own advanced nature and excellence.Its synergy with platform strategy is an important way for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.As a leading enterprise in fire alarm industry,how to break the bottleneck of development in the form of economic globalization and curb the downward trend of enterprise management has become an important issue facing the company.From the perspective of platform strategy,this article analyses the current situation of supply chain management and current platform of Gulf Company,and solves the management dilemma of Gulf Company from the perspective of building supply chain platform ecosystem.Firstly,the relevant literature and related theories are sorted out to determine the research direction and research basis of the article.Secondly,the current development status of supply chain management and platform of Gulf Company is studied and introduced,and the problems existing in current supply chain management and platform strategy are comprehensively reviewed.On this basis,the supply chain management of Gulf Company under the platform strategy is discussed.The influencing factors are analyzed to lay the foundation for the following evaluation index system construction.Finally,the performance evaluation index system of supply chain management of Gulf Company is constructed by using AHP analytic hierarchy process.The index and index weight are determined by indepth interview,Delphi method and questionnaire method.Finally,the performance evaluation of supply chain management of Gulf Company is obtained.Through the above research methods and steps,the problems of supply chain management and platform in Gulf Company are identified and the countermeasures to improve supply chain management with "platform strategy" as the core are put forward.For the first time,this article makes an analysis of the supply chain management and platform of the Gulf Company through the index system,and introduces the business model of "platform strategy" to find a way to integrate the supply chain management and the platform of the Gulf Company,to establish the supply chain platform ecosystem.to promote the healthy development and sustainable development of the Gulf Company,and to achieve the business objectives.
