Influenced by the policies of “Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao ”greater bay area,most enterprises in the pearl river delta are facing transformation and upgrading.Innovation plays a very important role for both enterprises and individuals.As the main carrier of innovation,enterprises need to strengthen their awareness of innovation.How to promote employees' innovative behavior to the greatest extent has become a focus of much attention.Based on the social exchange theory,this study collected data from managers and subordinates of enterprise teams in the pearl river delta region by means of literature research and tracking questionnaire survey,and conducted cross-hierarchy analysis.This paper examines the influence of shared leadership behavior on innovation behavior and the mediating role of team psychological security and emotional commitment.Taking 177 managers and 322 employees of enterprises in South China as the research object,it deeply explores how shared leadership can achieve innovative behavior through team psychological security and emotional commitment.The research finds that :(1)Shared leadership has no significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;(2)Shared leadership has a significant positive impact on team psychological security;(3)Team psychological security is positively correlated with innovative behavior;(4)Team psychological security plays an intermediary role between Shared leadership and innovative behavior;(5)Shared leadership is positively correlated with emotional commitment;(6)Emotional commitment is positively correlated with innovative behavior.(7)Emotional commitment plays an intermediary role between Shared leadership and innovative behavior.The results of this study have theoretical significance in the development of leadership theory and innovation behavior,and have important practical value in the management of leadership effectiveness and employee innovation behavior.
