With the rapid development of China's economy QT and technology,the construction industry has also been continuously innovated.Due to the increasing demand for living and working environment,the number of small and medium-sized construction companies in China has also increased.Small and medium-sized construction companies need not only to respond to fierce market competition through technological innovation,but also need reasonable Human resource allocation and management to alleviate the uneven quality and poor management of personnel in the industry,thereby enhancing its core competitiveness.In today's rapid economic development,more and more industries and fields have recognized the importance of human resources and attach great importance to human resource management,and the construction industry is no exception.For small and medium-sized construction companies,construction materials are important and the basis for the successful completion of construction projects,but human resources are equally important.Good human resource management can better integrate and manage every employee involved in the project construction,and under the intervention of human resource management,employees can make more reasonable use of each building material,and can efficiently and effectively Complete work tasks with high quality.Although many construction companies have realized the significance of human resource management,due to the generally low quality of employees in the construction industry,this makes management need to deal with more complex situations in staffing and management.Human resources management is more scientific and effective,which is a problem that many small and medium construction enterprises need to solve urgently.as one of the small and medium-sized construction companies,a Construction Company has achieved some achievements in the development of the project,but its development speed is not optimistic.However,the staff position setting and specific work arrangements were not smooth,which led to the QT company's development speed is not optimistic,which is also the significance of this article's research.Therefore,based on the theory of human resource management and configuration,this paper as aresearch object,a company finds that there are many problems in the allocation and management of human resources through questionnaires and interviews,mainly reflected in the unreasonable organizational structure of the project;the quality of the project personnel and the personnel qualifications and job requirements do not match;The selection and incentive mechanism of core personnel is not perfect;the project human resources allocation and management are not coordinated.By analyzing the causes of these problems,under the guidance of the occupation-person matching theory and the technical principles of human resource allocation,combined with the experience of other excellent construction companies,based on the optimization principles,goals,ideas and methods,Specific suggestions for optimization were put forward,namely: optimizing the organizational structure of engineering projects;paying attention to the selection and introduction of core talents;improving personnel quality through human resource training;and dynamic management of human resources in engineering projects.However,due to the large differences in engineering projects,the optimization measures for human resource allocation and management should also be developed and innovated accordingly.Therefore,this article requires further research.I hope that the research in this article can help similar construction companies to solve similar problems.
