Study On The Development Problems And Solutions Of Ecological Agriculture In Nan County

The three rural issues: agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the fundamental problem in our national economy and people's livelihood.With the continuous improvement of China's agricultural level,the research on the development pattern of ecological agriculture has important practical significance.A good development model can improve and promote the development of ecological agriculture,improve the supply structure of agricultural products,improve the quality of agricultural products,optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,increase the income of farmers,promote the construction and improvement of rural infrastructure.It can promote the development of agricultural science and technology,so that China will accelerate to become a modern agricultural country and benefit the Chinese people.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper studies the current situation,problems and solutions of ecological agriculture development in Nan County,Yiyang City,Hunan Province from five aspects.First of all,this paper sorts and comments on the domestic and foreign literatures on the development of ecological agriculture from four aspects.Secondly,it expounds the related theories of circular economy and ecological agriculture,and analyzes the differences,linkages and mutual influences between them,and introduces the successful experience of foreign ecological agriculture.This paper also introduces the macro-environment of ecological agriculture development in Nan County,including market environment,political regulations and ecological environment;for the micro-foundation of ecological agriculture development in Nan County,this paper summarizes the development status of ecological agriculture and analyzes the causes of existing problems.Fourthly,this paper designs and elaborates the development pattern of ecological agriculture Nan in county from the top design,the first industry internal circulation mode,the eco-industrial integration mode and the eco-agricultural efficiency.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on the policy of ecological agriculture development in Nan County.The main innovations of this paper are: based on the existing relevant theories,the innovative research on the eco-agriculture in Nan County in the first industry's internal circulation mode and industrial integration mode is done.At the same time,this paper constructs a micro-foundation to promote the development of ecological agriculture,and studies the reform of institutional mechanisms.
