State-owned enterprises are the strong support of China's economic development and the Pathfinder of China's market economy development.With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,the human resources of state-owned enterprises have become important strategic resources and production factors,and the source of creating social wealth.Based on the in-depth analysis and combing of the current situation and existing problems of the state-owned enterprise XY Company's human resource management,this paper attempts to apply the three-pillar model to improve XY Company's human resource management system.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to investigate and analyze the human resource management situation of XY Company.After verifying the feasibility and necessity of XY Company's transformation to three-pillar from the perspective of enterprise development,main business and geographical distribution,it proposes that at present,we should start to transform traditional HRer to HRBP,standardize business process to build HRSSC,and accumulate the right person to train or hire the talents from the outsourcing professional field to make adequate preparation for the construction of HRCOE.It is suggested to reform the human resource management of XY Company in a step-by-step way,and to provide the overall framework design of the three-pillar model transformation and the specific reform ideas of the three pillars.In order to further ensure that the human resource management of XY Company can be transformed into three-pillar model and achieve the expected results,the relevant measures to guarantee the implementation of reform are established,including system guarantee,organization guarantee and personnel guarantee.
