In order to help the real estate appraisal industry keep pace with the times and follow the pace of the big data era,this paper intends to carry out data mining and utilization,improve the valuation method and improve the appraisers by mining rules from a large number of original unstructured data related to the real estate appraisal industry.The level of operation,improve the valuation system of real estate valuation report,so that real estate appraisal agencies can not only find problems in time,improve the quality of reports,improve the level of valuation technology,and hope to apply the advantages of big data processing to the real estate appraisal industry,through real estate appraisal agencies Inter-industry collaboration,realizing real estate valuation data sharing and joint mining,effectively reducing duplication of labor and investment in valuation operations,and promoting the rapid development of the real estate appraisal industry.This article uses the real estate valuation report case library and Internet webpage as the data source,using the ROST Content Mining software developed by Professor Shenyang and the NetDraw software developed by Professor Steve Borgatti for text mining,mining and analyzing the corresponding rules from the real estate valuation report,seeking traditional The combination of real estate valuation method and text mining method,the text mining method is integrated into Sales Comparision Approach,Income capitalization Approach,Cost Approach and other Approach for valuation,and the experimental research results based on the three traditional traditional valuation methods of text mining are analyzed.Summarize and effectively solve the subjective problems corresponding to the three traditional valuation methods.At the same time,this paper also establishes a corresponding database for the data and analysis results captured in the text mining process,so that it can be used again,which can effectively reduce the workload of the appraisers.
