Analysis On The Difference Of County Economic Development In Jilin Province

"County economy" refers to the economic activities within the space and region of a county.It is a specific regional economy.County economy is an important part of the regional national economy,often occupies half of the proportion and plays an important role.From the point of view of geographical space,county economy includes rural economy in administrative territory.County economy consists of three central points: County town,Township and village,industrial area along the main traffic line and crop planting area.It presents a situation of combination of point,line and surface,and the economic distribution has the characteristics of discreteness.At the same time,the county economy has some characteristics at the end of macro-economy.The grass-roots governments at the county level have no right to promulgate laws and regulations on fiscal revenue.They cannot print money,issue bonds and engage in property rights transactions.Even the key functions of supervising the operation of the market have been vertically received from provinces.They can only direct their main resources on economic activities such as securing funds,projects,technologies and markets.Taking the county economy of Jilin Province as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature research,Gini coefficient analysis and descriptive statistical analysis to analyze and study the differences of county economy development in Jilin Province from 2004 to 2016.In the county economy of Jilin Province,the high-level development counties are mostly located in the central plate,the middle-level development counties are mostly located in the western plate,and the low-level development counties are mostly located in the eastern plate;from the difference of activity,the Western plate is the most active,the central plate is the second,and the eastern plate is the last;from the industrial difference,the gap between the counties and cities is not big as a whole,and the overall Gini coefficient decreases.The trend is to maintain an upward trend in the primary industry,a downward trend in the secondary industry and a balanced fluctuation trend in the tertiary industry.
