With the development of dynamic and complex tasks, temporary teams have gradually become a more and more popular team model.Improving decision-making performance has always been the goal of team or organization optimization, and has always been the focus of scholars' research.Temporary teams rely on tasks, and tasks are time-bound.Temporary tasks determine the short life cycle and phase tasks of temporary teams.Compared with traditional teams, the time nodes of temporary teams are clearer, and members and teams feel more time pressure.More specifically, the outside world can change its time pressure by adjusting time constraints,so it is very meaningful to study how to overcome or effectively use time pressure to improve team decision-making performance. In practice,as the center of the team, leaders need to be allowed to make important decisions in every step of the team,so the personality characteristics of leaders have an important impact on the team. Therefore, this study incorporates Leaders' risk attitudes into the study. This study has positive research significance for promoting the theory of risk preference reversal, expanding empirical research on team decision-making performance and regulating mechanism of risk attitude. In this study, the laboratory experiment method was used as the research method, and the multi-stage decision-making environment-College Students' entrepreneurship simulation practice course was used as the experimental scenario. The random combination of temporary teams in this course was taken as the research object.A mixed experimental design of 3(three time constraints)*2(two risk attitudes: risk preference and risk aversion)was adopted. This paper extends the level of time pressure on the basis of previous research, aiming at further exploring the impact of different time pressure levels on team decisionmaking performance under multi-stage decision-making environment.Leader's risk attitude is introduced to explore the impact of temporary team time pressure on leader's risk attitude in multi-stage decision-making environment, the impact of leader's risk attitude on team decision-making performance, and the mechanism between leader's risk attitude and team decision-making performance. The results show that:(1)under the multi-stage decision-making environment, temporary team time pressure has a negative impact on team decision-making performance within a specific range;(2)under the multi-stage decision-making environment, due to the existence of silence cost and conversion cost, time pressure doesn't reversal leader's risk preference, and time pressure weakens the leader's risk preference within a specific range;(3)under the multi-stage decision-making environment,Leaders' risk attitudes mediate and moderate the relationship between time pressure and team decision-making performance.
