With the rapid development of economy, the economic strength of our country has gradually increased, the disposable income of our citizens has been gradually increased, and the quality of life has drawn increasing attention. As the necessities of our life, the quality requirements of fresh produce are gradually increasing. The development of cold chain logistics is increasingly close to our relationship. At present, the cold chain logistics system in our country is still not perfect,so the loss caused by fresh agricultural products during transportation is huge. The Cold chain logistics distribution center is an important link in cold chain logistics system. It plays an important role in the cold chain logistics system of fresh produce,Reasonable distribution center location can not only reduce the cost of logistics companies,it can also effectively improve the quality of service of logistics companies.Based on the analysis of the existing logistics center location model, this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model by comprehensively considering the qualitative factors and quantitative factors about the location of the cold chain logistics center.First of all, based on the existing research results, the paper summarizes the evaluation index system about the location of cold chain logistics distribution center, and uses TOPSIS and gray relational degree method to make a comprehensive evaluation of alternative logistics center from distance measure and curve similarity measure,By analyzing the decision-making preferences of each alternative logistics distribution center. Then, according to the fuzzy demand, this paper clarifies the fuzzy demand variables by means of the horizontal weight function and the comprehensive effect function, and transforms the multi-objective programming problem into the common planning by using the linear weighted method.By comparing the influence of the decision-making preference or not on the site selection results,it is found that the location model under the preference of decision-making can select a more suitable solution and the logistics center location can be chosen only with the lowest cost. The impact of environmental and facility factors on the construction and operation of logistics centers. The multi-objective optimization model of the location of cold chain logistics centers which is constructed in this paper is conducive to the long-term development of R logistics companies.
