Cloud manufacturing service platform,based on Internet of things,cloud computing,mobile Internet,etc.,provides technical support and trading places for integration,sharing and collaborative configuration of manufacturing resources.It realizes deeply visualization and availability of manufacturing resources,which provides ways and means for transformation of the manufacturing enterprises.As the model architecture and key technologies of cloud manufacturing develop gradually,pricing decisions and operations management research on cloud manufacturing platform has great significance for its future development.Therefore,based on the cloud manufacturing platform operation mode and economic characteristics,this thesis studies cloud platform pricing and supplier quality incentive strategy under different market demand environment,and provide a reference for it's rationalization of operations.In this thesis,the research is mainly divided into three aspects.First of all,based on the analysis of cloud platform structure,this paper combs cloud platform trading patterns and summarizes the economic characteristics of the cloud platform,and then the problems in the process of its future operation are discussed.Secondly,pricing and profits of two different supply chains are compared,of which one is consisted of "residual resource suppliers,cloud manufacturing platform,manufacturers,customers",while another one is consisted of "traditional channels suppliers,manufacturers and customers".It also considers the impact of changes in consumer price sensitivity on pricing and profit of cloud manufacturing platform,surplus resource suppliers,manufacturers and other participants.In the last part,a price competition and demand function model is built to analyze the price and quality decision of suppliers with surplus resources to maximize their own profits,given the price and quality level of offline supply market.At the same time,the strategy on trading commission ratio and quality fines ratio of cloud manufacturing service platform is also studied for motivating suppliers to improve their quality level and gaining maximized profits.Based on the Hotelling model,the price competition and demand function are established in this paper.Study found that the manufacturers can gain greater market share and higher profits by selecting surplus resource suppliers through the platform,when the cost of supplier with remaining resources below a certain level,and the profit of the supply chain can be raised as well.In addition,when other parameters are certain,the proportion of transaction commissions should be reduced as the cost level of the remaining resource suppliers increases.Finally,suggestions on the development and management of cloud platform are put forward from a practical perspective.
