Research On Project Team Management Method And Application For CFT Framework

In recent years,with the continuous development of society,the economy of our country happened to turn the world upside down changes,followed by market competition in the unceasing change,the competition between enterprises has not completely rely on strong capital competition,is more than just the amount and talent competition,21 century competition after all is the competition of talent,knowledge of enterprise employees is a huge wealth,enterprises do not want to be eliminated in the fierce competition,first of all you need to do is to achieve a flexible strategy,which requires a relatively high reliability of the construction team,the project team plays a vital role in the development of a company.How to build a successful project team,how to strengthen the performance management team,so as to realize the enterprise strategy and achieve organizational goals has very realistic significance,but also a lot of enterprises is an urgent problem to solve.This paper based on the CFT architecture of the project team management methods and used to do a detailed analysis,in the project team performance appraisal management theory to carry out a strong exploration.This paper uses the inductive method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire survey were analyzed,with the help of the previous application,team management and human resources and other related theories,through a large number of relevant literature,based on the previous research,in-depth analysis of the enterprise,mainly in the following aspects: the related concepts and the team the project team and project theory;theory of team performance appraisal;model research on establishment of a CFT oriented team;Performance Evaluation Oriented leadership.The innovation of this paper is to combine the related theory of team management and project team performance,the advantages of the theory,and carries on the analysis from the angle of mathematics model,finally the theory and method of related research in an enterprise through the questionnaire survey,understand the team management methods of our project oriented architecture CFT and the use of the situation,according to the research results and points out the current problems on team management of project of our country,and gives relevant suggestions for reference.
