Research On The Impact Of Private Equity Investment On The Performance Of Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is not only a close link between economy and science and technology,but also an important channel for optimizing industrial structure and changing the way of economic development.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements has the characteristics of high risk,high investment,high efficiency and long-term cycle.However,the main body of technological innovation of enterprises is generally characterized by poor efficiency of financing methods,lack of funds,industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,and market-oriented operation.Problems such as lack of ability and experience.As early as the 1980s,private equity investment began to rise in China.The participation of private equity investment can improve management level and improve governance structure to a certain extent.Private equity investment companies show more diversified innovation characteristics..At present,many high-tech enterprises have begun to adopt private equity investment methods to raise funds,which has effectively promoted the further development of China's scientific and technological achievements industrialization.On the basis of this,this article has begun to explore the Angle of the performance of private equity investment and the transformation of technology results,in the hopes of providing empirical and theoretical support for the development of enterprise technology.This paper first sorts out the literature on the three variables of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,private equity investment,and scientific and technological achievements transformation model.Secondly,from the theoretical aspect,the relationship between the three is elaborated,and the conceptual model is constructed in combination with the financing problem in the process of scientific and technological achievements transformation.Taking the existing literature as reference,the relevant measurement indexes of the research variables were established,and the pre-test questionnaire was designed and analyzed to establish the final questionnaire.About the questionnaire survey method This paper uses the Likert five-level scoring method.Finally,303 valid questionnaires were obtained by means of network and field research,and the questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.At the same time,various analysis methods such as correlation analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and regression analysis were combined.Assume that an inspection has been carried out.The results show that the shareholding ratio of private equity investment and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are directly proportional to each other;and the number of private equity investment institutions and the performance of scientific and technological achievements transformation are also proportional;in comparison,the state-owned private placement plays a role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The impact of performance is greater than the private nature of private equity;the transformation of scientific and technological achievements can regulate the relationship between the performance of scientific and technological achievements and private equity investment.This research not only enriches the relevant theories of transformation of technological and scientific achievements,makes an acceleration of the historical process of industrialization of those achievements,but also enriches the relevant theories of transformation financing of it,and provides a solid theoretical basis for enterprise practice.
