With the continuous advancement of the era of innovation and entrepreneurship,China's incubation business has also achieved rapid development. The incubator has rich resources and experience, and its overall strength has been enhanced. At the same time, the internal structure of the incubator and the type of incubator are more complicated, diversification. These changes are both challenges and advantages. The challenge is that the incubator's differentiation requires the incubator to cover the areas and types of companies that are involved, and provide more satisfactory incubation services. The advantage is that the incubator has a stronger support. You can first operate within the incubation network or even the “intra-networking” of the incubator, slowly accumulating strength and avoiding the huge competitive pressure of directly facing the “big market” of the society. The incubator should expand and strengthen the “intra-networking”and create an “internal supply” environment as much as possible to help the incubating enterprises break through the dilemma of lack of resources and weak competition in the initial stage to ensure their survival and growth.Resources are key considerations in the development and implementation of innovation strategies in incubating companies, and are also key factors influencing corporate survival and performance. For incubators in the“intra-networking”of incubators,collective-level social capital is an important source of access to resources. Therefore,in the “intra-networking” of the incubator, whether enterprises can effectively use collective-level social capital is related to the constructionof their own innovation capabilities and the improvement of innovation performance. This paper focuses on the “intra-networking” of the incubator, focusing on the incubation of the enterprise, and focusing on the basic issue of how to effectively use collective-level social capital to enhance entrepreneurial performance. In order to analyze and solve this basic problem in more depth,it is further decomposed into three sub-problems:(1)Does resource sharing play a mediating role in collective-level social capital and the performance of the incubating enterprise?(2)Does joint value creation play a mediating role in collective-level social capital and in the performance of incubating enterprises?(3)Does resource sharing and joint value creation play multiple mediating roles in collective-level social capital and in the performance of incubating enterprises? At the same time, the thesis uses theory, practice and qualitative and quantitative methods to summarize and collate domestic and foreign research on the “intra-networking” of incubators and the definition of incubating enterprises,as well as collective-level social capital, resource sharing and joint value creation. And the research results of the definition and measurement of entrepreneurial performance, deducting research hypotheses and theoretical models that affect the entrepreneurial performance of the incubating enterprises;through practice and quantitative analysis,multi-channel distribution of questionnaires, data collection, screening and collation of data, and using SPSS23.0 Data analysis was performed with AMOS22.0 math software to verify the rationality of hypothesis testing and theoretical models. On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing research results in the related fields of collective-level social capital, resource sharing, joint value creation and entrepreneurial performance in the incubation enterprise, through theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between the above variables,How can enterprises effectively use the collective-level social capital embedded in the internal network of the incubator to obtain the required resources, overcome the limitations of internal resources, improve entrepreneurial performance, and achieve enterprise survival and growth. The article is based on the close logical sequence of “propose questions –based on hypothesis-empirical test-research conclusions”.In addition to the introduction,it also includes four parts: first, the theoretical review. The existing researches on the “intranet” of incubators, incubating enterprises,collective-level social capital, resource sharing, joint value creation, and entrepreneurial performance in incubating enterprises are sorted out and summarized from the perspectives of definition and measurement, and relevant concepts and research in this field are clarified.Second, the hypothesis and theoretical model parts.Through the analysis of existing research, three hypotheses are proposed:(1)Resource sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between collective-level social capital and the performance of the incubating enterprise;(2)The relationship between collective-level value creation and the performance of collective-level incubating enterprises Intermediate role;(3)Resource sharing and joint value creation play multiple mediating roles in the relationship between collective-level social capital and the performance of incubating enterprises. Moreover, the resource sharing intermediary theory model, the joint value creation intermediary theory model and the multiple intermediary theory model are constructed respectively.Third, the empirical research section.Based on the research purpose, research object and research content of this paper, choosing a maturity scale from previous studies, and then through the team discussion, field research and pretest, the questionnaire used in this paper are finally determined;then send and recycle questionnaires by mail, network, and on-site;after the questionnaires are processed, the basic information such as the age, scale, and industry of the companies being investigated are collected and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS22.0.The valid data is tested for reliability and validity and structural equation model analysis to test whether the hypothesis proposed above is valid.Fourth, the conclusion and the outlook section.Summarizing the conclusions of the thesis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Resource sharing plays an intermediary role in the relationship between collective-level social capital and the performance of the incubating enterprise, that is,collective-level social capital can influence the performance of the incubating enterprise through resource sharing;(2)Joint value creation plays a mediating role in the relationship between collective-level social capital and the performance of the incubating enterprise, that is,collective-level social capital can influence the performance of the incubator through joint value creation;(3)Resource sharing and joint value creation play a full multiple intermediary role in the relationship between collective social capital and the performance of the incubating enterprise. That is,collective social capital can fully influence the performance of the enterprise throughresource sharing and joint value creation. At the same time,in response to the conclusions drawn, simple development proposals are proposed for the incubating enterprises. In addition,it clarifies some innovations of the article and points out the existing shortcomings. In the process of research,it is found that the two variables of resource sharing and joint value creation are in addition to parallel multiple intermediary relationships in the relationship between collective-level social capital and incubating enterprise performance. It also has serial multiple mediation relationships to advise on subsequent research directions.
