Study On Safety Risk Factors And Control Of H Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Company

With the continuous development of China's economy,the production of Hazardous chemicals is also increasing year by year.As a result,more and more Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises have been developed,which has resulted in the consequent increase of Hazardous chemicals logistics accidents.Hazardous chemicals logistics accidents are usually catastrophic,which will cause considerable economic losses,environmental hazards and negative social impacts.Therefore,how to improve the logistics safety level of Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises has attracted more and more researchers 'attention.However,at present,it is rare to use quantitative method to consider how to improve the logistics safety level of Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises from the perspective of analyzing enterprise safety risk factors.Based on the above background,this paper takes specific Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprise as the research object,and studies how to improve the safety level of Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprise.On the basis of a large number of documents and a full investigation,this paper understands the scale and operation object of the enterprise,the organization structure of safety management and the key links of logistics.Under the guidance of WSR methodology and accident-causing theory,it identifies the safety risks in Logistics operation of the enterprise and analyses the formation of accidents,in order to summarize the security risk factors of the logistics enterprises.This paper quantitatively analyses the main safety risk factors of the Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises by combining ISM with ANP,and puts forward the management and control mode and corresponding countermeasures to improve the safety level of the Hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises on this basis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)12 safety risk factors of Hazardous chemicals logistics are obtained;(2)the hierarchical relationship and weight ranking among various safety risk factors are obtained;(3)based on the model conclusion,the control mode and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
