Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,environmental protection has become the focus of increasing concern.As one of the"three key battles",pollution prevention and control has become the strategic focus of the country,and has set up a series of policies to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.The policy dividend promotes the development of environmental protection industry.At the same time,more and more enterprises are investing in such industries.The market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The government supervision is becoming stricter and stricter.The production technology,personnel quality and service level of environmental protection service enterprises are also increasingly demanding.As we all know,if an enterprise wants to develop in a changeable market environment,the talent team is the basis to ensure its development,and the competition among enterprises is the competition among talents.For an enterprise whose main business is environmental consulting service,it is the first task for the enterprise to manage the sales team well.The management of enterprise sales team is a very complex work,which includes personnel,assessment,objectives,training,incentives,salaries and other aspects.Only comprehensive management of enterprise sales team can ensure excellent performance and efficient operation of sales team.This paper takes the sales team of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,refers to the relevant theories of sales management,team management and competency model theory,and uses the methods of literature research,behavior event interview,questionnaire,quantitative analysis,etc.to study and analyze the status quo of sales team of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.from the following aspects.Firstly,the basic situation and current situation of sales team of SC Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.are studied.Secondly,the organization structure,business process and team management are analyzed.From the current part of the study,the paper finds that there are some problems in the management of sales team of SC Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.such as imperfect recruitment system,lack of training resources,unscientific job evaluation and unscientific salary system.Standardization,backward team culture construction and other issues.In view of the above problems,combining with the industry characteristics,company size and team characteristics of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.,the competency model of the sales team of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.is constructed,which provides a reference standard for improving the above problems,and provides a reference standard for expanding recruitment channels,accurate selection,strengthening team information construction,establishing training management system,improving training process and structure.Suggestions for improvement include establishing salary guarantee system,strengthening salary management,optimizing performance appraisal strategy,strengthening performance management,building incentive system and forming incentive culture.It is hoped that this study can provide new ideas for the management of the sales team of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.so as to effectively improve the overall level of the team and create an excellent sales team,thus further promoting the development of SC Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.
