At present,intelligent manufacturing is leading the transformation of manufacturing mode and the upgrading of manufacturing industry.Accelerating intelligent manufacturing is the only way to implement "Made in China 2025".It is also an important measure to realize the deep integration of industrialization and informatization and to build a strong manufacturing country.It is also to keep up with the trend of world industrial development and to transform and upgrade.China's manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing includes two dimensions of "intelligence" and "manufacturing".Manufacturing dimension includes five aspects: design,production,logistics,sales and service.Intelligent dimension includes five aspects: resource elements,interconnection,system integration,information fusion and emerging formats.In this paper,the production of manufacturing dimension in intelligent manufacturing is studied.With the improvement of production operation and management of Z company as the main line,how to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs for large-scale refitted vehicle manufacturing enterprises is explored,which lays a foundation for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.This paper takes the production operation and management of Z company as the research object.By introducing the method of industrial engineering,the production process is standardized,the production efficiency is improved,and the production cost is reduced,which lays the foundation for the implementation of Z company's intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the knowledge of Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering,expounds the background and significance of this study,and outlines the technical route of this paper.Secondly,the article combines the characteristics of the refitted vehicle industry,investigates the production status of Z company,and finds that there are outstanding problems in production,such as inventory strategy of finished products,material supply scheme,production efficiency and quality management,and makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for their existence.Subsequently,this paper analyses the inventory of products and raw materials,production efficiency and product quality respectively,finds out the causes of these problems and puts forward the improvement plan of production site.Finally,through the comparison between the implementation of the improvement plan and the improvement before and after,the effectiveness of the implementation of the plan is stated in the form of data.This research takes the implementation of industrial engineering method as the main line,which not only has the optimization effect on Z company's production and operation,but also has important reference significance for the same type of enterprises.
