Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Dawa District Of Panjin

With the pace of reform,the continuous development of cities has forced the rural economy to make corresponding adjustments.In order to develop the rural economy vigorously and raise the level of farmers' income,agriculture must be diversified.However,as the integration of three major industries in rural areas,the leisure agriculture plays an important role in promoting quality,increasing efficiency,optimizing the rural economic structure,increasing farmers' employment and income,promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,inheriting agricultural culture and constructing beautiful countryside etc.In Dawa District of Panjin,leisure the government has incorporated the agriculture as the "leader" of modem service industry and the pillar industry of regional development.However,many deficiencies are reflected in its development process,resulting in a slow progress.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research,case analysis and summary induction to deeply study the relevant theories of leisure agriculture development and learn from the development models of leisure agriculture at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the present situation and field investigation of leisure agriculture in Dawa District,Panjin City,analysing its existing problems in management and layout,cultural connotation,passenger source,the proportion of tourism,seasonal,market demand.The reasons are the lack of overall planning and talent reserve,inadequate publicity,inadequate development of agricultural tourism resources and products,weak awareness of opening up,lack of scientific and forward-looking,and imperfect industrial system,Therefore,they restrict the development of leisure agriculcure in Dawa Districy.After analyzing the problems and causes of the development of leisure agriculture in Dawa District,this paper puts forward a reasonable development direction from seven aspects: perfecting the management system,promoting service quality,protecting and excavating the connotation of folk culture deeply,creating the differentiation of leisure and sightseeing agriculture models,forming the attraction of the four seasons,relying on the construction of key leisure and sightseeing agriculture to attract tourists from inside and outside the province,developing various leisure rural tourism products to promote industrial integration,creating a good situation for the all-round development of leisure agriculture in Dawa District.Explore a more suitable for the development of leisure agriculture in dawa district of panjin city road and direction.
