Research On The Enhancement Of Fdi Technolog Spillover To The Innovation Ability Of High-tech Industry

In the process of global economic development,developed countries have prominent advantages in technology level and economic development compared with developing countries.If developing countries want to change this situation,they must introduce foreign direct investment(FDI).Domestically,it will promote the enhancement and development of the scientific and technological strength of related industries,which is crucial for industrial growth and technological progress in developing countries.In the great revolution of the information revolution and the industrial revolution,the cultivation of innovation ability has gradually become a practical requirement for the development of all countries in the world,especially in the world's largest developing country,China is extremely urgent.As an important innovative industry in China and a strategic leading industry in the national economy,the high-tech industry has greatly improved its innovative ability to play a role in the global economy of China,the world's largest developing country.Therefore,this paper studies the improvement and absorption capacity of China's high-tech industries in technological spillovers,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of FDI technology spillovers on the development of the industry in a more indepth perspective,and provides China's future FDI investment promotion policy of feasibility suggestion.Based on the data of high-tech industry in 2004-2016,we will collect relevant literatures from high-tech industries in China.Focus on the study of whether the entry of foreign direct investment(FDI)will have a technological spillover and technological innovation capability,and the mechanism of foreign direct investment(FDI)on the technological innovation capability and absorptive capacity of China's high-tech industries,and Based on the conclusions,relevant policy recommendations are proposed.Therefore,the logical structure of this paper is: Introduction-Literature Review-Mechanism of FDI Technology Spillover in Hightech Industry-Statistical Analysis of FDI Technology Spillover in Hightech Industry under Absorptive Capacity-FDI Technology Spillover Improves China's High-tech Industry Innovation Capability Empirical analysis—an empirical analysis of the threshold of absorptive capacity—conclusions and policy recommendations.The study finds that the technology spillover of foreign direct investment(FDI)is still the main factor driving the innovation ability of high-tech industry and the market transformation ability of innovation achievements.It has certain support for the development of China's hightech industry.After that,it has been strengthened,but domestic-funded enterprises have begun to play a role that cannot be ignored.With the enhancement of China's comprehensive scientific and technological strength,the role of domestic capital in the field of innovation will become more and more prominent.The investment in infrastructure and R&D capital in absorptive capacity is the most obvious threshold for technology spillovers,indicating that the improvement of infrastructure and the investment of R&D capital in the technology spillover should be paid attention to by domestic enterprises,but the absorption capacity for technology spillovers There is also a layered role,and there is still a long way to go to absorb innovation in technology spillovers in high-tech industries.
