Home appliance manufacturing industry is a traditional pillar industry in China.In recent years,with the acceleration of upgrading of home appliance products and the transformation and upgrading of consumption,the market has put forward higher requirements for the manufacturing and innovative development of home appliance manufacturers.The change of the external market,the adjustment of industrial policy,the progress of artificial intelligence technology and the fierce competition in the industry will affect the operating efficiency of home appliance enterprises.Derived from the enterprise itself,on the other hand,the management level,product research and development ability,internal management system and other factors will have influence on the development of the enterprise,in its various business risks,one of the main risk is that the financial risk of the enterprise,under the complex internal and external environment,home appliance enterprises to avoid financial crisis,improve the ability to resist risks,and win in market competition,must attach great importance to the financial risk,and to correctly forecasting analysis of the financial risk of the enterprise,and risk control reasonably.This paper selects Qingdao Hisense electric appliance Co.,Ltd.one of the leading domestic household appliance industry,as the research object,collects the financial data of Hisense electric appliance in recent ten years,conduct financial risk assessment,and deeply analyzes the possible financial risks.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,relevant literature on financial risk and financial analysis of listed companies is sorted out,and financial risk related management theories are summarized and refined.Secondly,according to the actual operating situation of Hisense electric,the financial risk of Hisense electric is divided into four aspects: financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and profit risk,and the internal and external causes of financial risk are analyzed.Then using the factor analysis method analyzed Hisense electric in 2010-2017 financial index,and choose home appliance industry 20 listed companies as the comparison sample,collect the financial reporting data since 2010,established the corresponding financial risk assessment,using a combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,determine the financial risk of the Hisense electric's relative levels in the industry.Through analysis of Hisense electric financial indicators,financial risk evaluation,found that Hisense electric appliance has certain financial risk,finally from the two aspects of internal control system and specific control measures are put forward for Hisense electric link to guard against financial risks such as financing,investment advice to cope with the situation,hope to be able to will help to improve the anti-risk ability of Hisense electric appliance.
