Performance appraisal plays an increasingly important role in the company's operation and development.A comprehensive performance appraisal system can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of employee officers,but also promote the company's business management to promote the realization of corporate strategic goals.Regional state-owned investment companies are important local investment and financing platforms,which play an important role in local industrial development and project construction.With the advancement of reform and the continuous development of the economy,opportunities and challenges of local state-owned platform coexist.In the long run,a sound performance appraisal system plays a vital role in the company's business development and determines whether the company can develop sustainably and healthily.Based on the current situation and actuality of the performance appraisal system of K Company in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper will conduct an in-depth study on how to optimize and improve the performance appraisal system of the company as the theme of this paper,systematically study the theoretical basis of performance,performance appraisal,etc.Conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys,systematically analyze the problems existing in K company performance appraisal,and propose optimization plans.Based on the development goals of K company,this paper proposes the principles and methods of performance management improvement,including the formulation of performance plans,the setting of performance indicators,the formulation of systems,process management and control,assessment and evaluation,performance feedback and application of results.A series of complete improvement programs,based on the target management method,360-degree assessment and other methods,focusing on how to implement performance appraisal.So as to practically solve the problems of the company's performance appraisal.
