Cost stickiness is an important part of the cost management accounting field.Cost stickiness is the extension of the classical theory of management accounting, and is a new challenge to the traditional theoretical model of cost behavior.Only when taking cost stickiness into consideration of the corporate governance will better matches the reality of the actual production enterprises.Compared with western countries, modern corporate governance system in our country is still in a stage of rapid development and constantly improves. The problems that have appeared in the state-owned enterprise restructuring progress and our country s capital market, more or less are related to the incomplete corporate governance in our country.A set of corporate governance systems, can become more powerful tools of supervision and restraint for shareholders and investors. This paper is based on the financial data from 2010 to 2014 of the listed companies in Shenzhen small and medium-sized board.According ABJ model,I adopted the method of combining empirical study and comparative study to verify the existence of cost stickiness. From two perspectives—managerial ownership and ownership concentration, this paper explores the effects of management opportunism to cost stickiness. At the same time, this paper divided all data into two parts. In this paper, the main conclusions are:(1)The cost stickiness in shenzhen small and medium-sized boards of listed companies in our country universally exists;(2)Managerial ownership and ownership concentration have negative correlation with cost stickiness.(3)The degree of cost stickiness in state-owned holding companies is significantly stronger than that in non-state-owned holding companies. At the same time, the negative influence of managerial ownership and equity concentration of the former is significantly greater than the influence of the latter.
