With the "One Belt And One Road" concept and the development of e-commerce,logistics companies in China provide a good opportunity for development.At the same time,foreign logistics companies have entered China's logistics market.Logistics companies in China not only face the opportunity of development,but also the threat of competition.How to survive and develop in the fierce market competition is an urgent problem for many logistics companies engaged in international freight forwarding business.This paper takes daya logistics company as an example to study the implementation of its international freight forwarding business marketing strategy.The first chapter first sorted out the domestic and foreign scholars international freight forwarding business research related results,and then put forward the main content of this study,ideas and innovation.The second chapter defines the concept of international freight forwarding,introduces marketing theories such as customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,as well as SWOT analysis tools,which provide the theoretical basis for this paper.Then,the third chapter introduces the status quo of the international freight forwarding business marketing strategy of daya logistics company,which lays the foundation for the next reason analysis.Chapter four adopts the questionnaire survey method to analyze the data and evaluate the quality of the international freight forwarding business marketing strategy of the big Asia logistics company.The fifth chapter makes a comprehensive use of SWOT analysis tool to analyze the environment of the international freight forwarding business marketing strategy of daya logistics company.Chapter six puts forward the marketing strategy and safeguard measures of international freight forwarding business of ocean-going Asia logistics company.Chapter seven puts forward the summary and prospect.Through research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the analysis shows the current situation of marketing strategies of the international freight forwarding business of daya logistics company,that is,International freight forwarding business growth needs marketing strategy support,the importance of marketing strategies is not high,the positioning of marketing strategies is ambiguous,the marketing model is single,the marketing strategies are not systematic,the marketing mix strategy has not fully played its role,and the role of the 4C marketing strategy is not ideal.(2)the advantages of ocean-going Asia logistics company in international freight forwarding business marketing strategy include rich technical experience,complete logistics equipment,mature international logistics routes and stable international freight forwarding business;Its disadvantages include poor supporting infrastructure,lack of professional talents,low level of marketing services and imperfect marketing strategies.The existing opportunities include "One Belt And One Road" strategic development opportunities,obvious geographical advantages,and developed e-commerce.Challenges include fierce competition among domestic peers,entry of foreign logistics enterprises into the domestic market,and competition for professional logistics management talents.(3)in view of the current situation of marketing strategies of international freight forwarding business of ocean-going Asia logistics company,this paper puts forward optimization Suggestions,namely: enhance the awareness of marketing strategy management,pay attention to the implementation of logistics marketing strategy;Precise positioning marketing strategy;Diversification of marketing mode;Attach importance to the planning and management of marketing strategy;Improve marketing mix strategy.(4)in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy of the international freight forwarding business marketing strategy of ocean-going Asia logistics co.,LTD.,it is proposed to strengthen the safeguard measures from the aspects of capital guarantee,position guarantee,customer service quality guarantee and operation document guarantee.The research of this paper points out the direction for the marketing strategy management of the international freight forwarding business of daya logistics company,further enriches the marketing strategy theory of the international freight forwarding business of China's ocean logistics company,and provides reference for other logistics companies in China to implement the marketing strategy practice.
