With the rapid development of market economy,market competition has become increasingly fierce.Based on the more and more rapid economic development environment,the pressure of enterprises is also growing.In order to survive in the fierce competition among enterprises,expanding the scope of sales business and increasing sales revenue have become the top priority for enter prises to consider.In order to expand the customer base and form a stable and reliable customer relationship,various sales strategies are often formulated around credit-based sales methods.However,for some enterprises,the large volume of credit busine ss,the wide range of products and services,and the wide distribution of customers all over the world are all the challenges that enterprises have to face in the process of exploring credit risk management.How to manage credit effectively for all kinds o f customers and complicated business is a common problem faced by enterprises like HW.Since the problems of credit risk management have common characteristics,they have the significance and value of research.Based on the basic theory of credit risk mana gement,combined with the problems encountered by the credit management department of HW company in the field practice,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation,including the analysis of the income situation which is most closely related to the a ccounts receivable,and at the same time,it analyses the absolute and relative amount of the accounts receivable,and finds out the amount of the accounts receivable formed by its credit sales business.At the same time,it also finds that the credit mana gement departments are facing great pressure,including the logic of implementing many credit control in the new standards,including the change of the ratio of the number,so as to find out the risk points of credit risk management.In view of the current management situation of credit management department of HW Company,based on the traditional "3+1" model of credit risk management,the key control points of credit risk management of HW Company are supplemented and perfected,so that its credit risk mana gement can achieve accurate credit rating in the early stage,perfect medium-term credit guarantee,and powerful comprehensive and multi-process control of account maintenance in the later stage.
