Research On The Formation Mechanism And Operation Mode Of Crowdsourcing Self-organization

The explosive growth of creative demands in the “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation era” and the weakening of the creative capabilities of professional organizations have created an irreconcilable contradiction.Crowdsourcing has emerged with its advantages of integrating external innovation resources and reducing costs.The efficient operation of crowdsourcing can effectively stimulate public innovation potential,and then solve the problem of shortage of national creativity.However,with the in-depth development of crowdsourcing model,the current crowdsourcing platform is inefficient,and users generally have the problem of “poor initiative and low activity”,which greatly limits the role of crowdsourcing in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on this,this paper proposes a new concept of crowdsourcing self-organization,trying to view public crowdsourcing behavior as a self-organizing process to conduct research on the occurrence and effectiveness of crowdsourcing behavior,which mainly includes the influence of crowdsourcing self-organization.There are three aspects: the construction of factor system,the exploration of crowdsourcing self-organization formation mechanism,and the design of crowdsourcing self-organization operation mode.Firstly,using the research ideas and methods of grounded theories,we have screened a number of documents related to crowdsourcing that were searched in the database of CNKI journals as rooted texts.Coded and analyzed crowdsourcing literature systematically.Refined and summarized the categories that affect the formation of crowdsourcing self-organization,and the influencing factor system is consisted of internal needs,ability endowments,and external conditions.The internal needs refer to the motives of the masses to participate in crowdsourcing activities,including economic needs,social needs,respect needs,learning needs,immersion needs and self-realization needs.And the ability endowments refer to the internal conditions for public participation in crowdsourcing activities,including economic benefits.Achieve ability,social ability,respecting acquisition ability,learning ability,immersive ability,self-realization ability.The external conditions refer to the platform environment in which masses participate in crowdsourcing activities,including the conditions for achieving economic benefits,social conditions,respecting access conditions,and learning conditions,immersive conditions,self-realization conditions.Secondly,a crowdsourcing self-organizing entropy model is constructed based on the perspective of entropy change.And the key paths in the process of crowdsourcing self-organization includes the three ones: reducing the target task space,confirming the task participation,and introducing negative entropy.Finally,forming the process of crowdsourcing: choosing tasks-solving tasks-finding new tasks.By further analyzing how the above-mentioned influencing factor system works in the crowdsourcing process,it is found that the external conditions play a role in the whole process of crowdsourcing self-organization.The internal needs affect the process of shrinking the public target mission space,and the capacity endowment influences the choice about task participation.The role of the three ones are all indispensable,and the internal needs as a crowdsourcing motive will also stimulate the ability of talent and require external conditions,thus clarifying the formation mechanism of crowdsourcing self-organization.Finally,using synergetic theories,designed a crowdsourcing self-organizing operation model that enables the public to efficiently and effectively resolve crowdsourcing tasks.The mass-crossing goal is used as a guide of the public's crowdsourcing behavior,and the use of collaborative mechanisms,including competitive collaboration and cooperative collaboration,will enable the scattered public to form an organic whole,meeting their own internal needs,and exerting their synergistic effects to solve the crowdsourcing task continuously and efficiently.
