Research On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Beijing Suburbs From The Perspective Of Urban Resident Demand

With the rapid development of industrialization associated with the intensification of urbanization,the relative space for people living and working in cities is becoming smaller and smaller.At the same time,the environmental pollution and noise pollution caused by the exhaust gas from urban automobiles,chemical industry sewage from factories and so on just separate the residents from the comfortable natural environment.People begin to get impetuous and eager to return to the embrace of nature increasingly,because their living conditions are getting worse and worse.So they hope to go to the countryside to seek physical and mental pleasure and spiritual relaxation,cultivate sentiment,release pressure,and achieve a kind of tranquility and comfort that cannot be experienced in the city.As a huge potential market,urban residents are participating in rural tourism with strong desire,which injects a new vitality into the development of rural tourism market and provides a new market opportunity for tourism enterprises.Apart from the basic living consumption,urban residents are increasingly inclined to a kind of leisure at the spiritual level,that is,an improvement of leisure consciousness.In the process of tourism,disposable income is an important economic index for whether to travel or not.With the rapid development of economy in Beijing,more and more families can meet their basic living expenses,and they have left more disposable income,which shows the urban residents in Beijing have become relatively wealthy.Another significant characteristic of Beijing citizens' consumption behavior is the increase in their leisure consumption to reduce pressure as a result of promotion of leisure consciousness.Therefore,recreation methods based on self-cultivation are becoming more and more colorful.One of the main consumption pattern for residents of Beijing is beginning to turn to the rural areas.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of rural tourism demand of urban residents in Beijing by issuing questionnaires and conducting statistical investigation and analysis.Based on the statistical analysis of questionnaires,the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism in Beijing are analyzed and summarized,and specific solutions are put forward in combination with certain modern marketing means.The main purpose is to expand the consumption market of rural tourism and provide suggestions for the development of rural tourism market in Beijing.
