The Research On Coupling Coordination Degree Between Financial Ecological Environment And Economic Growth In Guizhou Province

In recent years,Guizhou's economy has maintained rapid growth in the trend.The phenomenon that Guizhou's economy grew by 10.2%in 2017 indicated that Guizhou's economy rate has remained in the top three nationwide for seven consecutive years.Though China's economy seems to slowdown,Guizhou stands out for the extraordinary growth of its economy.For making continuous progress of the financial ecological environment construction work in Guizhou Province,the local financial ecological environment is gradually becoming better,and the financial industry is a new energy,that they have made an important contribution to the growth of the local economy.In addition,the research on the relationship between domestic financial ecological environment and economic growth has consistently been concerned in the academic,and the depth and breadth of research have been continuously expanded.Therefore,this paper combines the actual situation of financial ecological environment and economic growth in various prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province,and makes in-depth discussion on the coupling coordination degree between the two.This paper classifies the existing research results at home and abroad.Firstly,the paper defines the concepts and theories related to the financial ecological environment and economic growth.Based on the facts and data availability of the local prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province,the paper makes a descriptive analysis of the current status of the local financial ecological environment from four aspects:economic foundation,financial development,government public services and integrity culture.Secondly,by referring to the research results of existing scholars,the paper strictly follows the principles of scientificity,comparability and operability to construct the financial eco-environment indicator system,and further use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the financial eco-environment comprehensive index in various prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province from 2007 to 2016.Then,the paper uses the coupling coordination model to measure the coupling coordination degree between financial ecological environment and economic growth in various prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province.Through horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,it is found that the financial ecological environment continues to improve and the economy continues to grow in various prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province.The correlation between the two is strong enough,and the mechanism of mutual coordination and promotion is continuously enhanced,but the level of development in various prefecture-level administrative units is not balanced.At the end of 2016,Anshun,Tongren,Bijie,Liupanshui,Qianxinan,Qiandongnan and Qiannan are in primary level of coordinated development,except for the well-level coordinated development in Guiyang and the intermediate-level coordinated development in Zunyi.This shows that the level of coupling coordination degree between financial ecological environment and economic growth in various prefecture-level administrative units in Guizhou Province is different,and there are still obvious gaps.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures from the aspects of promoting economic growth,strengthening the construction of financial service system,promoting the construction of credibility culture and standardizing government behaviors,in order to enhance the mechanism of mutual coordination and promotion between financial ecological environment and economic growth in Guizhou Province.Additionally,it's also helpful for Guizhou to narrow the development gap in various prefecture-level administrative units and achieve balanced development in the future.
