With the rapid development of China's economic development level, the economic structure has begun to change. In the process of national economic development, the proportion of service industry in GDP has increased year by year. This proportion has exceeded 50% in 2015 and 51.6% in 2017.The "industrial economy" has changed to a "service economy." In the process of new service economy development, the status of high-end service industry is becoming more and more important. However,at present,China's high-end service industry is still in the initial stage, the industrial structure is still unreasonable, and the trade balance of various departments of the high-end service industry still has great differences. This problem shows that China is currently in a critical period of accelerating industrial restructuring and transforming economic growth mode. The direction of upgrading industrial structure needs to lead the service industry to become more advanced and knowledgeable. Therefore, the analysis of the spatial characteristics and factors of the high-end service industry will help China to transform its economic development mode and adjust its economic structure, which has important strategic development significance.First of all, this paper starts with the analysis of the basic theory of spatial agglomeration, and puts forward the importance of high-end service industry in China.Secondly, this paper quantitatively analyzes the agglomeration characteristics of highend service industry at the industry level and regional level in China by means of the relevant measurement methods of industrial agglomeration.Thirdly, this paper selects 285 cities in China as the research object. The sample period is from 2005 to 2016.From the two-dimensional perspective of market mechanism and government induction, select the level of innovation, market size, manufacturing demand, wage level, specialized labor and government behavior, construct the empirical research model of this paper. The spatial error model is used to conduct empirical tests by region,by industry and time period, and to analyze the influence degree of different factors. Finally, the conclusions of this paper are summarized, and corresponding policy recommendations are proposed to realize the development of China's high-end service industry. The results show that:(1)In general, whether it is based on industry or regional level,China's high-end service industry has a low level of concentration and imbalance, but its status is increasingly important. From the perspective of industry,China's highend service industry has a large degree of concentration in various sub-sectors.Among them, the information service industry has the highest concentration. The financial industry and wholesale service industry have a flat trend, and the concentration is still relatively low. From the regional level,it can be seen that the regions where China's high-end service industry is concentrated are quite different and unevenly distributed, showing a decreasing distribution from east to west.(2)High-end service industry agglomeration has significant spatial correlation, and geographic and economic linkages between regions play an important role in promoting high-end service industry agglomeration.Market mechanisms including market size, wage levels, and specialized labor markets have a significant positive impact on the agglomeration of high-end services, while innovation levels and manufacturing demand have a significant negative impact.Government behavior plays a positive role in the initial stage of high-end service industry agglomeration, and hinders the development of high-end service industry during the mature period.
