Research On Border Management And Control Strategy Of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas Under Land Resources Constraint

As the rapid development of China's economy,the level of urbanization has increased rapidly.However,excessive urban expansion has also brought other urban problems such as urban sprawl,inefficient land use and so on.In this paper,five cities in Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas are taken as the research objects.Under the constraints of present land resources,the important factors affecting the boundary control of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas are analyzed,and suggestions are provided for the suggestions of border control strategies.At the same time,it also provides decision-making references for formulating relevant policies to promote the economic and social development of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas.Firstly,sort out the background of the topic and related researches at home and abroad.Secondly,analyse the current land resources situation of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas and the present boundary status of five cities and explore the boundary expansion model of each city in Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas,so this lays the foundation for quantitative evaluation of border management and control strategies in Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas.Thirdly,through the entropy method,the index weights for the strategies effectiveness of border management and control in Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas are obtained,and at the same time the effective strategies number of border management and control for every city is also obtained.Fourthly,take the effective strategies number as the dependent variable and land resources related variable as the independent variable,.Lastly,the important factors affecting the strategies effectiveness of border management and control are obtained under the land resource constraints by using entity fixed effects regression model of panel data which lays the foundation for the formulation of the border management and control strategies of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Current border control strategies do not fully take account of the relevant factors of land resource constraints.(2)The most effective border control in Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas is Zhengzhou,followed by Jiaozuo,Xinxiang,Xuchang and Kaifeng.(3)The cultivated land area,green coverage area of built-up area and land use benefit have positive impact on the border control effect of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Areas;urban road area,built-up area and construction area of real estate development enterprises have negative impact on the border control effect;the afforestation area and investment amount of real estate development have no significant impact.(4)From the four aspects of strengthening the protection of land resources,improving land use efficiency,optimizing urban spatial development and establishing and improve institutional arrangements,strategies are put forward to improve the strategies effectiveness of border management and control,so as to better promote the smart growth of cities.
