China telecom industry has been to China Mobile,China Unicom two giants for the monopoly situation.In the 2016 this monopoly situation was finally broken,and finally formed a telecommunications,mobile and Unicom three in a new situation.The issuance of 4G photography officially represents China's telecommunications industry into the 4G era,CMCC,China Telecom,China Unicom Three communications companies also entered a new round of competition era.At present,the gap between the three communication companies in terms of product,quality of service and customer satisfaction has become smaller.And three companies are increasingly focused on the use of better quality of service and service to stabilize their customer population.In this premise,in order to ensure the stability of market share,the market share of the balance must be placed in the first place,all the core focus issues must be from the customer's point of view,in ensuring that the old customer trust in the enterprise to do their best possible to take the new customers to the enterprise's trust.In this article,we mainly take the data of China Mobile Linyi Branch as an example to embody the core of this paper.We based on the customer satisfaction survey data to analyze China Mobile Linyi branch of customer service strategy and specific improvement measures.The article introduces the customer satisfaction investigation aspects of domestic and foreign research,the relevant theoretical basis of customer satisfaction.This paper also introduces the basic situation of China mobile linyi branch and the design basis of customer satisfaction investigation.Through analysis of survey data,this article concludes the problems of China mobile linyi branch in improving customer satisfaction,and put forward the corresponding measures.There are two main aspects of innovation in this paper.Firstly,I based on the mature customer satisfaction scale,elaborates a questionnaire with strong applicability and pertinence.Second,according to the analysis of customer satisfaction,combined with the actual situation of linyi mobile,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for each project that linyi mobile fails to achieve customer satisfaction.It provides a strong guarantee for linyi mobile to effectively improve customer satisfaction.
