Research On The Promotion Of Public Use Of Private Goods To Sharing Economy Model

The core of the rapid development of the sharing economy is to advocate the integration of idle goods,labor force,education and medical resources under the line,so that resource suppliers and demanders depend on the third party platform(sharing platform)to pay and benefit in different ways,so as to realize the universal sharing of social resources,to reduce the waste of resources and to obtain economic dividends together.At the same time,the accumulation of intellectual capital and the promotion of modem information technology have accelerated the development trend of cross-border integration of traditional industries.In applying the framework of reassembly analysis based on the separation of ownership and usufruct in property right theory and under the condition of internet,the paper deeply analysis of the mechanism and impact of the public use of private goods.It is possible to transfer the right of use to the demander other than the owner while keeping the private ownership of the goods(resources).Based on this,the paper analyses the current situation of vigorous development and the reasons for its formation.On the premise that the ownership of private goods(enterprises)remains unchanged,a new form of sharing economy is formed by transferring the right of use to the demander other than the owner.On this basis,this paper holds that the leap of information technology and the improvement of the whole cognitive level of our society have contributed to the innovative adjustment of the property right structure,in combining with the help of the third party platform,the public use of private goods would be realized.This process is also the basis for the vigorous development of the sharing economy.This paper puts forward the important idea of "Internet?private property rights",and expounds the inherent mechanism and realization process of private goods moving toward "publicity"under the premise of private ownership of property.Subsequently,through methods of building models to measure the level of social welfare and selecting typical case,this paper analyses the positive impact and promoting role of the public use of private goods on the d-evelopment of sharing economy,and reveals how the realization of the publie use of private goods can promote the development and growth of sharing economy.The paper puts forward policy choices to promote the development of sharing economy from three aspects:increasing the government's support for the development of sharing economy,improving the government's supervision of the industry of sharing economy,and mobilizing more extensive private property rights subjects to actively participate in this mode,so that the whole people can participate in it and enjoy the sharing goods.It is concluded that the sharing economy will become an important endogenous driving force to promote the reform of China's economic system and social development models.
