Research On The Perception Of Residents In World Natural Heritage Sites On The Impact Of Tourism Development

Sanqing Mountain,the world natural heritage site,has become a tourist hotspot in Jiangxi.As the "south gate" of Sanqing Mountain,Yukeng Village is the only place to enter Sanqing Mountain.It has a unique geographical advantage.Yukeng Village can be driven by the radiation of Sanqing Mountain tourism.There are rural tourism features.Taking Yukeng Village as a sample,analyzing the residents' perception of the impact of tourism,analyzing the factors affecting perception,is conducive to improving residents' perception of tourism,improving tourism quality,attracting tourists and investors,and promoting sustainable tourism development in Sanqing Mountain area.Tourism development also has important reference value.This paper collects data through literature research method and field research visit method,and uses statistical analysis software for descriptive and differential analysis.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The impact of residents on tourism development is generally positive,and positive perception is far greater than negative perception.Economic development brought by tourism development,income increase,infrastructure improvement,popularity increase,communication with the outside world,environmental awareness,environmental protection Promotions such as propaganda and rectification are more obvious,indicating that the tourism development of Yukeng Village is still in its initial stage.(2)From the analysis of the differences in demographic characteristics such as gender,age,education and income,there are significant differences in the perception of tourism impact among different groups.The tourism development in Yukeng Village has contradictions between residents' needs and planning development,and the formulation of policies and residents There is a big gap in expectations.(3)The tourism development of Yukeng Village is faced with structural problems.The development of tourism resources is mostly limited to encouraging residents to do farm activities,resulting in serious homogenization of tourism market,few projects of rural tourism industrialization,insufficient development of endogenous driving force,and insufficient planning for sustainable tourism development.(4)The problems in the tourism perception survey of residents in Yukeng Village mainly include the inequality of residents' interests,lack of government planning and supervision,insufficient rationality of resource development,and insufficient exploration of development models.It is necessary to include residents in tourism planning and development in Yukeng Village.And development,research interest distribution mechanism,attract idle productive forces to participate in tourism development;establish and improve the tourism market supervision mechanism,improve the supervision of the tourism market,protect the vitality and stability of the tourism market;strengthen natural resources,ancient architecture,folk culture Protection,focus on rational development;explore new modes of tourism development,and create boutique tourism and specialty tourism brands.
