Nowadays,with the development of economy,the pressure of market competition of pharmaceutical trade enterprises is intensifying.In order to expand market share and take the leading position in the market competition,more and more pharmaceutical trade enterprises choose to adopt the sales mode of credit payment.Credit sales have great advantages over cash sales.Credit sales can effectively alleviate the financial pressures on commercial companies,but likewise,the credit payment mode may face the problem of difficult fund recovery.If the funds can't be recalled,the enterprise will face the risk of bad debts.Compared with the rapid development of the credit payment mode,the supporting credit management system appears to be weak.If we allow such barbaric growth,the credit risk of the enterprise will greatly increase.This paper studies the credit management system of pharmaceutical trade limited company.Taking XH pharmaceutical company as an example,XH pharmaceutical trade limited company is a subsidiary drug management company established by a pharmaceutical group in Shandong province.The credit sales business of the company has occupied more than 50% of the total business.As a benchmarking enterprise of Shandong pharmaceutical industry,XH pharmaceutical trade limited company has established a credit management system and established a credit management system.Referring to the implementation of the system for many years,but there are still some problems in the system.This paper analyses the problems existing in the company's credit management system,uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to re-evaluate the credit of the company's commercial customers,objectively evaluates the existing defects of the system,and puts forward a feasible optimization scheme for the existing problems in the current system.The chapter 1 summarizes the research of credit management system at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content and methods of this article.Chapter 2,clarify the review of relevant theories.Before formally analyzing the credit management system of Drug Trading Company,we first clarify the concepts of credit sale,credit risk,credit rating and credit management,and clarify the concepts and application ideas of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in this paper,and determine the credit evaluation index,so as to provide a theory for the analysis and demonstration of the following text.Chapter 3,through the analysis of XH Drug Trading Co.,Ltd.operation status,we find the existing problems in the whole credit management process.At present,the credit management system of XH Drug Trading Co.,Ltd.is divided into three parts: pre-event,in-event and post-event.Because pre-event credit evaluation is the first part of the whole credit management system,before establishing cooperative relationship with commercial companies,if it can be in credit evaluation.It is of great benefit to enterprises to discover credit risks in time.In this link,XH Drug Trading Co.,Ltd.basically has no scientific and effective method to evaluate the intentional commercial companies.Therefore,this paper re-evaluates a cooperative business of XH Drug Trading Co.,Ltd.through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,in order to find out the defects of the current evaluation method.Chapter 4,aiming at the problems,carries out the optimization scheme design in this chapter,and also puts forward feasible schemes in accordance with the three links of the business in advance,in the process and after,to help the company build a more scientific,reasonable,perfect,convenient and accurate credit management system.Chapter 5 summarizes the full text,summarizes the conclusions of this study,and based on this,puts forward the prospect of future credit management system research.
