Economic globalization, knowledge economy and regional economic integration have created a turbulent business environment for enterprises. To survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition environment and maintain their sustainable competitive advantages, enterprises need to constantly innovate by organizations and employees. The key to organizational innovation lies in the novelty and usefulness of employees' new ideas in the workplace. However, individual's single perspective and limited ability cannot give full play to their potential advantages. The empirical research shows that the work structure with the team as the basic unit promotes employees to contact with other individuals with different perspectives, skills and backgrounds, improves employees' thinking flexibility, stimulates team creativity in the process of team cooperation and interaction, and thus improves organizational innovation performance. Therefore, the importance of creativity to the survival and development of enterprises and the effectiveness of the work form team make how to stimulate team creativity become the current research hot issue.Nowadays, team composition is increasingly diversified.Multiple characteristics of team members act together on intra-team cooperation, which gradually leads to differentiation in the team process. The whole team is divided into several sub-groups with relatively homogeneity within and relatively heterogeneity among themselves, that is,the phenomenon of "team fault".The phenomenon of team fault has universality and inevitability, which is a key factor affecting team process and team effectiveness. How to effectively manage team fault and make reasonable use of it has important theoretical and practical significance. This article reviews the team fault and the research status quo of team creativity, social classification theory in theory, the development of emotion, emotional events-construction theory, the relational leadership theory is proposed on the basis of a negative impact on team creativity team fault basic assumptions, based on the emotional perspective to explore the positive emotions play an intermediary role in the relationship, and inclusive leadership on team fault effect adjustment. In this study, sample data were collected through creativity experiment and enterprise survey, and SPSS and Amos were used for data analysis. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn: team fault has a significant negative impact on team creativity;Positive emotions play a part of the mediator between team faulting and team creativity.Inclusive leadership plays a negative role in the adjustment between team fault and positive emotion. Therefore, this paper calls on enterprises to pay attention to the negative effects of team fault, and compensate for the damage of team fault to team creativity by strengthening the training of employees' emotional intelligence, forming good emotional norms within the organization, promoting inclusive leadership and creating harmonious working atmosphere. The innovation of this study is reflected in the two aspects of the research content innovation and the research method innovation: most previous studies have adopted the perspective of cognition or motivation to conduct creativity research, and this paper has adopted the perspective of emotion to explore the influencing mechanism of team fault on team creativity. In this study, instead of focusing on the negative effect of team fault and its mechanism, the author further discusses the weakening effect of inclusive leadership style on the negative effect of team fault. This study adopts the research method of combination of experimental method and questionnaire survey to explore the relationship between team fault, positive emotion, inclusive leadership and team creativity to make the research process more scientific and standard.
