Studying On The Influence Of Agricultural Structure Adjustment In Gansu Province On Farmers' Income Increase

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the primary problem that the party and the government urgently need to solve.Because agriculture is restricted by geographical and natural environment and the convergence of agricultural products,coupled with the backwardness of farmers' ideology,the agricultural structure in Gansu Province is irrational and farmers' income is difficult.Gansu Province itself is located in the backward areas of the west,economic development is relatively backward,and farmers' income is slower.Therefore,how to rationally adjust the agricultural structure and promote the increase of farmers' income in Gansu Province is an important issue that needs to be solved in Gansu Province.This paper mainly includes " a theoretical mechanism,two analytical dimensions and three key issues." Among them,A theoretical mechanism.Based on the understanding of related research and agricultural structure adjustment,this paper first analyzes the dynamic mechanism of agricultural structure adjustment,and further analyzes the effect of agricultural structure adjustment on farmers' income.Government policy plays a role in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and provides a theoretical basis for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure.Under this premise,theoretical analysis is carried out from two aspects: direct factors and indirect factors.From the perspective of direct factors,farmers directly decide the production structure and resource allocation structure of agriculture,and thus increase farmers' income.The increase of farmers' income further leads to the increase of production factors,and further counteracts the adjustment of agricultural structure.From the perspective of indirect factors,agricultural structure Adjustments can be used to make decisions for farmers by increasing the level of agricultural industry organization,optimizing the distribution of agricultural regions,and improving the competitiveness of agricultural products,and creating conditions for farmers to increase their income.The two analytical dimensions mainly refer to the two perspectives of farmers' income and spatial structure from different sources.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the impact of agricultural restructuring on the income of farmers from different sources by partial least squares method.The results show that,except for forestry,there is a negative correlation between wage income and property income.Other agricultural industries have positive effects on farmers' income from different sources.Among them,planting and animal husbandry have significant effects on farmers' income from different sources.It shows that Gansu Province should rationally adjust the production structure of planting and animal husbandry,properly develop forestry,and accelerate the development of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.(2)From the perspective of spatial structure,the adjustment of agricultural structure in different regions has different impacts on farmers' income,and corresponding suggestions are proposed for different regions.Using the fixed effect model to conduct an empirical analysis,it is concluded that except for some counties,the impact of agricultural structure adjustment on farmers' income is moderate or moderately low,and each county is suitable for developing different agricultural industries,but its characteristics and advantages.The tea is not prominent,indicating that the counties in Gansu Province have not played their own advantages.three key issues include:(1)comprehensive understanding of the problems existing in the agricultural industrial structure of Gansu Province;(2)predicting the speed and direction of the adjustment of agricultural structure in the future;(3)explaining the adjustment measures of agricultural structure in Gansu Province in response to the increase in farmers' income.First of all,it sorts out the adjustment of agricultural structure and the evolution of farmers' income in Gansu Province,and summarizes the problems in the adjustment of agricultural structure from four aspects.Secondly,through the calculation of relevant data of agricultural industry,the conversion speed and direction of agricultural structure adjustment are obtained.The results show that from 1985 to now,the transformation of agricultural structure in Gansu Province has shifted from the development of planting and animal husbandry to the development of planting,which indicates that the agricultural development in Gansu Province violates the requirements of diversified and integrated agricultural development.Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical analysis of the system,the paper puts forward some suggestions for adjusting the agricultural structure,from constructing a comprehensive modern agricultural industrial system,optimizing the regional agricultural production layout,increasing the income of farmers from different sources,and advocating green ecological agriculture.propose.
